NEXT – I spend days / hours updating galleries re-adding links, still waiting for support to respond. I use Elementor to redo my galleries, adding links that should have worked in the first place in FOO GALLERY, STILL WAITING FOR SUPPORT TO RESPOND.
So I delete plugin and cancel subscription.
What Happens? I LOSE ALL THE DESCRIPTIONS, TAGS AND META THAT I ADDED IN MY MEDIA FILE!

]]>When I first complained, they did respond quickly but since then nothing!
Support is extremely bad for the Pro version. I complained about the bad support and for a short while they were apologetic and responsive. After a couple of weeks they were once again very slow or did not reply to support requests. It seems that if you complain, they respond well for a short while, then they go back to being slow. There seems to be a total lack of care and concern for their customers.
Now, I have still outstanding issues, with promises of responses but have received nothing. I have never dealt with any other developer/coder/brand that has such a high disregard for their customers.
Themeboy seem to be con artists.
I’ve purchased many premium themes and plugins and this is the first one I’ve had support issues with.
Their showcase page here: https://www.themeboy.com/showcase/, at first glance looks good, however, most links are dead or show evidence that themeboy products are not being used. This page is clearly designed to mislead potential customers into buying products.
9/9/24 – I find I am once again having to leave a negative review because of the lack of support. I previously raised the same issue. Following my previous complaint, support improved but only for a short while. I am now finding I am just NOT receiving response to queries.
When I first bought this plugin, I was looking forward to using it for several projects. However, I will never buy another licence or want to use it. Themeboy support is just made up of false promises and they seem to have no respect or regards for their customers. It is simply appalling. I have never known of any other plugin developer to be so bad.
DON’T UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE BUY THE PAID VERSION OF THIS PLUGIN. IT IS NOT DESERVING ON EVEN ONE STAR.

]]>I opened a support ticket using their forum, but instead of helping to resolve the problem, they told me to send them an email. So I did. As soon as I did, they closed my support ticket on their forum as resolved, and never replied to my email to continue with the support. Now they’re been ignoring me for weeks rather than actually helping to resolve the issue
]]>I was just charged for renewal of the paid version on two sites, but the developer Till Krüss does not respond to support requests at the paid support email, so I am going to issue chargebacks with my credit card company. @julieadrienne have you taken over support for this plugin? Is the paid version dead? The last update v 0.3.10 was on May 24, 2022. Thanks.
]]>It conflicts with multiple themes and is missing the most basic of functionality – like being able to log back in as a student. I wasted three days trying to fix the issues, and every time I fixed one, 5 more popped up.
Then, try looking at the support forums on the ThimPress site. What a joke! There is no search function, and you cannot see the replies to any of the posts, whether or not you are logged in. Not really a forum if you can’t even see any responses.
Also, they refused to refund my money for an add on plugin that is absolutely useless without Learnpress.
I recommend looking ANYWHERE other than this plugin.

The desktop version shows and it’s not good. Huge logo, site name under that, cart icon under that, menu under that. Nobody sees anything interesting and they bounce.

]]>The support system is virtually non existent, as I said above, most of their responses will be see documentation and the link will be attached, if you are asking a question about doing something specific, they will just see one word there and simply ask you to manage that from capabilities, which is not possible because they haven’t even read your issue.
Biggest waste of money, we have reached a point where we are informing our clients that we will not work with them anymore if they are using WCFM
