There is an Envato kit installed on my site that isn’t necessary. However, if I reset it to default, the site breaks. You can see it come up when analyzing on Pagespeed insights.

Failed to fetch kits after entering API key

I’m trying to add font awesome using a kit. After entering the API key I get the error “Failed to fetch kits”.

I tried using CDN however the pro icons are still not showing.

Any assistance I can get in resolving this issue as soon as possible will be greatly appreciated.

I’m a paid Pro User of Royal. I am trying to download a Kit. When I click on “Get This Template Kit”, it takes me to a page to purchase a Pro license. I ALREADY HAVE A PRO LICENSE! THEIR PROCESS DOESN’T RECOGNIZE PRO LICENSED USERS WHEN LOGGED-IN. Spending FAR TOOOOOO much time on something that should be straight forward, logical, an a quality UX experience. (BTW, their support message system really sucks…..) Anyone have a workaround?

Saving Font Awesome (Kit API Token)

Hi,

I’m unable to use a Kit with this plugin, saving the API token results in this error:

Couldn't save those changes

No other error info, is it because i’m using v6 and the plugin only supports 5.15.4 (latest)?

I’ve also tried the manual way of using a Kit via functions.php*. However, this then doesn’t allow shortcodes to work only raw HTML which WordPress doesn’t allow in-side a table.

Hi there,

Now that the Pro CDN is being sunsetted, are there plans to add support for Kits to this plugin?

Although it seems like Kits make a lot of the plugin features redundant (method, use pro, v4 shim, version), it would still be useful to have this as a way to force unregister other plugins who attempt to load Font Awesome.
