The website uses the Keres 1.8.1 theme. My client wanted me to use a Photoshopped image converted to a JPEG for the featured/background image on the homepage.

However, WordPress seems to crop out a bunch of the original image and cuts out the title and slogan of he site. I keep trying to adjust the size of the image in WordPress. Nothing works.

Can anyone help me get the image to back off?

A bug with my theme

Hi, I am using your (great) plugin with a theme called Keres.
In the plugin settings, under the Display tab, there’s a dropdown menu of Events template. There I choose one of the theme’s templates as supposed to. (The template I choose is fullwidth page, same one I use in all my other pages).
It does not work! the template is not picked and what does happen is
is a weird bug showing *all the galleries* I have in my wordpress site in the background. That means a ridiculous slideshow that shows among other irrelevant images even my favicon, enlarged and pixelated.

This bug *does not* happen in any other pages of my site, and is caused by the plugin.
Your help will be greatly appreciated.

Plugin won't work – Boxes do not appear

Hi
I have tried so many plugins and reached yours. I was full of hope it’ll work because it’s nice and simple but no success.
I followed your installation toutorial exactly as recommended. I do NOT get that Options window in the editing page. I did enter new boxes using the “add fields” (that does appear).
But the boxes do not appear in my page.
All I get in the dit page is the regular wp editor, a window of the field group, and the theme options.
Is that the theme fault? (Keres by Themeforest)

Appearance – Themes

In the instructons, you click on Appearance > THEMES > Install themes

But when I click on the above….Install THEMES does not come up.
??????????????????????????????????? What am I missing?

And I have followed the instructions to add my Wordpres theme from themefoest.com….and have checked to see that the subfolder of the theme has similar contents as the existing theme that is showing, which I don’t want to use……but this new theme does not show so that I can click on “ACTIVATE” as instructed to add it to my site.

Background Issue. Please help! :(

Hi. There is a theme called GHOST on ThemeForest and it’s really nice… It doesn’t work on iPad very well as it’s not responsive BUT it’s the ONLY theme I have seen where the page stays the same (with a slideshow) whenever you bring up a new page from the menu.
All other themes that I really like and that are responsive refresh the page to a new page when selecting something new from the menu.
My question is, is it just the way GHOST have set it up or is that something you can do on ANY theme? If so, how?! I would seriously appreciate your help. I am new to wordpress but have been up till all hours for the last few nights just trying to figure this out.

Here are my examples:

Ghost – (background slideshow stays the same when switching pages)
