State and Country Code Setup – Fails to place State and Country Field dat

Hello There.

First, I would like to say that I am impressed with how the state and Country dropdown works to help resolve a big problem that I had with State and Country fields coming up with Errors regarding entering a correct Billing Region and Country ISO-code. The problem, however, is that because it is a lookup grouped field, I am unable to appropriately map the state and country fields separately for the purposes of creating a Keap(Infusionsoft) Record. The fields end up empty when a submission is received for this reason.

Could you recommend on how to customize your plugin to separate the state and country into two dropdowns, but linked together to whether you can choose United States and only have the US States visible in the state dropdown and replicated for all other countries?

We also need it to retrieve the correct ISO 2 and 3-letter code translation for it to be a valid entry into Keap(Infusionsoft) Database.

Infusionsoft/KEAP is doing away with their Legacy API keys. I am unable to update using your plugin using their new tokens. Not sure how to resolve this. Please advise. TY!

I just tested this plugin and it works great to connect Gravity Forms with Keap. One thing to note (after you’ve connected it via API) is when you’re configuring the settings, FIRST edit the form you want to use, THEN go to Settings -> Infusionsoft. This is where you map the fields for each form. I learned this by getting support from the developer who was very responsive and helpful.

Failure to Authenticate Plugin

Cannot authenticate the connection between wordpress and Keap. I followed instructions, created a legacy API key in Keap Pro and my application name. Every time I try, it produces this same error.

When following the instructions on the Keap documentation, to use the legacy API, the plugin fails to authenticate.

While simultaneously successfully authenticating when using the Bloom plugin.

Plugin won’t load list of landing pages

Not sure exactly when this started (it was within the last few weeks), but the plugin is no longer loading the list of Keap landing pages. The “Loading Landing Page Data” area just spins…

Anyone else having this issue? Perhaps Keap or the plugin developer needs to look into this…?

As per Keap Support, there’s nothing they can do. There is no WordPress support for it too.

Perfect Solution for Keap Integration

I was in a bind because I have a client that uses Keap but they need multiple languages. The forms that you build in Keap can only be in one language so we needed a form that we could do multiple languages and synchronize with Infusionsoft (Keap). I use Contact Form 7 all the time so thankfully, I found this awesome Contact Form 7 Infusionsoft plugin that takes care of the Keap Integration. It was pretty straight ahead to set up but there was something that was preventing it from updating the Keap database. I reached out to the team that developed this plugin and they got right back to me, asked for a screenshot of my settings and got back to me with a simple setting change that instantly resolved it. I highly recommend this to anyone who needs to get Contact Form 7 and Infusionsoft to work together.
