Problems with Jupiter X theme

Hello,

I use your plugin for lots of different themes and it always does what it is supposed to do. However, now I experience a problem. When I activate the plugin, there are still Google Font network requests.

I use the Jupiter X theme.

Hello,

When I activate the plugin, there are still Google Font network requests on the Homepage, but on the subpages, fonts are not loaded at all. I use the Jupiter X theme.

For example, on the Homepage of my website everything looks fine:

However, if I check any of the subpages, the fonts are missing.

I would like to request assistance regarding this matter.

Upgrading to Jupiter 6.5 theme breaks the site’s home page

We have roughly 10 sites running Jupiter Version 5.0-5.9. We are simply trying to upgrade them to the current version of 6.5 I believe. Anytime we do the update, it breaks the entire home page of the site. Not just the page but something internally in the code. Meaning any page we set to “homepage” in WordPress, breaks.

First, we thought it was child theme related, but we disabled the child theme and that did not fix it.

This plugin currently don’t work with Elementor + Jupiter X.

Activating plugin do nothing when I hover the image.

I was enjoying Jupiter X Core a lot when my organization first purchased it. However, after some recent updates, it has ruined my website. First, any time I was logged into my WordPress dashboard and I tried to click on the Jupiter X dashboard, I would immediately get an error message that a critical error occurred on my website and it had essentially “crashed”. It appeared to only crash that particular page on the WordPress admin side, but the public side of my website still functioned, so I just ignored it and hoped for an update. Well, an update came, unfortunately, it made the issue worse… I updated Jupiter X Core to the latest version and it broke my site. Critical error again, except this time my site was completely down. I did all the usual troubleshooting and the only thing that brought my site back was rolling back the plugin. I recommend WP Rollback plugin by GiveWP.com for this. It worked like a charm. I’ve looked on some of the Artbees forums (Artbees created Jupiter X) and they seem to mention removing Raven, however, they DON’T give any kind of step-by-step instructions. It seems like you have to pay for support and then they will do it for you once you give them your login details. That is just absolutely ridiculous and one of the reasons I’m giving this plugin 1 star. I hope they fix this issue, but what really annoys me is that they didn’t contact me or its users to tell them about this huge error and they did not give detailed instructions on how to fix it. I would not recommend ever using any Jupiter X or Artbees products for this reason. Good customer service is the OG of UX research, and these developers seem to not care about either…

Not working with elementor pro

It works eith elementor free but when i activate elementor pro it stop to work ?!?
I have the last version of all plugin and theme.

Any idea, please ?

Hi, your plugin was working really well for us to populate all of the category pages on our theme until we updated from Jupiter 6.1.5 to Jupiter 6.4.1.

Any chance you can help us get this working with the latest version of Jupiter?

Hello, I have configured the Maps JavaScript API but I am having problems to implement the pins in the map.

If I mark ‘Restrict API’, it shows coordinates without any problem of London Eye, or even where I live. However, there are other coordinates the googe map does not recognize and a message appears: ‘Coordinates of this location not found’

I am using Elementor and Jupiter Theme.

I really don’t understand why is this happening. Thanks

WPBakery Visual Composer update removed all pages on my website

I used to have a plugin called WPBakery Visual Composer (Modified Version) that came with my theme, which is Jupiter. Elements were missing in the backend editor, but they still could be seen on the website. I tried to fix this by uninstalling and reinstalling the plugin. Instead of installing the original plugin WPBakery Visual Composer, it downloaded a different one, WPBakery Page Builder (Modified Version). After downloading this plugin all the pages on my website were essentially empty. In the backend editor, the elements were missing as well. However, in the classic editor, I can see some code from the plugin WPBakery Visual Composer (Modified Version) that looks like this:
