I’ve installed Mailpoet v3 with Mailpoet Premium. Currently on the Free <1000 plan. I uploaded a CSV with our Jilt contacts and sent a newsletter successfully. I then tried to clean up the Mailpoet list by deleting the bounces. They go to Trash, but I can’t empty the Trash. The deleted users are NOT WordPress users as they are fake emails that never bought anything.
Secondly, I noted a few typos, and moved those to Trash. I then used the Add option to create new subscriber records for the corrections, and they show as saved, but do not appear in the subscriber list.
Any suggestions welcome.
]]>Custom Order Confirmations / Follow-Ups are a thing, too! It’s easy to setup, the statistics could need a bit more work for what we are trying to achieve. But overall I believe that this will be for 99% of people an upgrade and very fair in terms of features & pricing.
]]>Was able to figure things out without reading much documentation which means it’s very intuitive to use.
Haven’t had to use the support yet, but based on other reviews, the support should be great.
Very feature rich as well with a great dashboard and easy to navigate portal.

We also got the opportunity at WordCamp Miami to meet some of the team and they were super friendly and helpful! They have followed up with us and really seem to have it together on giving top notch support!
If you sell products and don’t install this plugin and sign up for their service right now then you could be missing out on recovering sales as you read this!
