Jetpack Subscription stopped working

I have been using Jetpack to manage subscriptions to my website for 3+ years. I am using Blog and Widget 1.8.1 to manage my blog. Some time in the last 6-8 weeks, subscriptions stopped working, i.e. emails were not being sent out to subscribers. I did do an update to Jetpack in that time. I am running Jetpack 8.5. I think I read that JetPack [now] only works with Post objects and not customized objects. Is that correct? Do I need to “migrate” to a different plugin?

I have a subscriber to my blog who claims to be incapable of unsubscribing. I can see her email address on my dashboard under the list of email subscribers, but I can’t remove it. Can someone please provide some guidance?

I have a person who has subscribed to my blog via the Jetpack subscribe functionality who claims to be unable to unsubscribe. I can see her email address on the list of subscribers on my dashboard but don’t seem to be able to remove her from the list. As she has pointed out, by law, I need to be able to remove her from the list of subscribers and I can’t. Can someone help me with this issue.

Hi There,
On my fairly recent site I’ve been receiving notes of complaint from folks who can’t sign up to the blog subscription. I’ve tried with several of my own email addresses. Although the email is accepted, no confirmation is received and no posts are delivered. Can someone have a look to see what the issue is?

4800 Subcribers on Jetpack

It shows I have over 4800 subscribers, however, when I go to look at these there are only five subscribers. I don’t know why and the number 4800 appears and I would like to know why it appears as my subscriber total.

Hi,

I tried various solutions to this but couldn’t get through it.

I have Jetpack Subscription Forms displayed on my website: winnersavenue.com via: footer wigdets and custom popups (exit-intent and mobile popups).

Before getting the word out and launching my website, I wanted to make sure subscriptions are working. I tried to subscribe using my alternate emails, including one associated with a WordPress account, to no avail.

In fact, I also logged in to WordPress and saw that the email delivery was displaying “instant” while no email was sent out.

Could you please help solve this ASAP? I am delaying launch just because of this issue.

I recently started using jetpack subscribe box on my site. However, I’ve tested it with an email and this email is receiving the confirmation email but the subscribers are not receiving any email when i am posting new articles.

Hi all,
I have this problem: when I post a new post my subscribers don’t get an email.
I have no idea why, I tried searching on the web and on this support forum.

It started few posts ago, it was working before.

The only thing I did is to add a new user and start posting as the new user. The new user is administrator though (while the old one is now just a subscriber).

Publicize doesn’t work either.
