How to remove and stop subscribers

I just got an email “mailerranks is now following your blog”. The email comes [email protected] so I’m guessing that it Jetpack related.

I want to remove this subscriber and prevent any more. How do I do that ?

Subscribers not receiving emails with new post

Hello,

We recently updated to the newest version of jetpack and now when we post a new blog post our subscribers aren’t receiving emails. Also, when subscribing, i’m not receiving an email confirmation. I noticed when i try to deactivate and reactivate this features i get a JSON error, if that’s any help. Our website is https://blog.ifebp.org. I’m doing a separate post as instructed by your developers in a similar thread. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I want to shift my Jetpack Subscribers to my Subfolder WP Account

I am using WordPress on my primary domain as well as on subdirectory.

https://www.sansarlochan.in (Primary Domain)
https://www.sansarlochan.in/en (Subfolder)

I am not using Multisite. I have different credentials and plugins and everything for both wordpress domains.

Now I installed Jetpack Plugin on my subfolder and verified my account with WordPress Account.

I have around 900 plus subscribers in my primary domain. But after activating new jetpack in subfolder, my subscribers are showing ZERO.

How can I shift my primary domain’s subscribers to my subfolder wordpress account?

Hi Jetpack team.
I have a problem, currently i’am having 5000+ email subscribers for my jobs site. but I don’t think that, notification for every new job/career post is sending to all subscribers. Kindly help me or guide me, or if you want an upgrade for all this to be done, i am willing. But please help.
I have trust that you will solve my problem, i dont wana leave this plugin, which im using from years.

Jetpack Subscribers lost in Migration

I recently migrated www.HairAndMakeupblog.com to www.TheMonaeLife.com and lost my subscribers. I tried to migrate them myself through JetPack and only the 7 wordpress subscribers are now under TheMonaeLife.com. The other 220 subscribers did not make the move.

I plan to move HairAndMakeupBlog.com off of my server, but need this sqaured away first. Thank you so much for any help.

Confirmation email not sending when people subscribe

I have the jet pack subscribe via email widget on my blog but some people do not receive the confirmation email after putting their email in the widget and signing up. I did a test with 3 email addresses to see if it will work. My gmail address works. My husband and I both have a couple of yahoo emails and neither one of those will get the confirm email. I checked the spam folder also to see if maybe they went in there. I found this topic in your forums but most were old topics I tried installing WP Mail SMTP as suggested and that did not seem to work.

Jetpack email subscribers widget not working

I have the jetpack email subscribers widget and it does not work. I have read everything I can find here in the forums and tried it all but it still does not work. I have tried signing myself up using different email addresses that I have, had friends try to sign up with their addresses and still not working. When tried to test it and I look at my list of email subscribers even though it will tell me I am signed up when I sign up, I am not there listed as a subscriber.

Does 2014 Ephemera content get emailed to Jetpack subscribers?

Hi, I can’t seem to find anything about whether or not the non-standard post formats get sent automatically via email to Jetpack subscribers. I’d love to make use of this feature for various sidebar items — it is more functional than trying to create sidebar items through pages. But I’m not sure if it’s going to actually be sent to my subscribers. If so, is there a way to turn off that type of content from being sent out — so that only my standard, main posts go out via email? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I’ve been searching and searching and can’t figure this out. I don’t want to send just tiny little things out to people and annoy them. Thanks!

For some reason my subscribers are not receiving emails when I update the blog. I can not figure out the problem.

I use jetpack to update people/email subscribers on www.HairAndMakeupBlog.com. Is their any a way to email previous posts to subscribers? ?My last few posts were some of the most important in my career.

Email did not go out to subscribers

Hello,

Whenever I publish a new post, all of my email subscribers (subscribed through jetpack) will receive the post in an email. However, my post published this morning, but no email went out. Does anyone know why/what caused this? I know there are some bugs with wordpress right now, but very odd that it happened.
