]]>I am having issues with my Jetpack stats. About 4-5 days ago they stopped loading, showing continuously the “thinking” circle. At first it might have been my slow internet connection (as I was away from home), but eventually gave in to the fact something was wrong. So I followed the guidance I found on this forum.
1st I went directly to the stat URL (by typing it). This showed me all my stats but not for all my posts. It basically suggested I had published no posts since December.
2nd I cleared my cache – nothing
Lastly, I disconnected and reconnected Jetpack which has made me lost all stats. All previous data has disappeared and all I can see are the visitors since I reconnected jetpack an hour ago. I really hope this is solvable.
I am at a loss for what to do and would appreciate any help you can provide.

We are public library, completely non-commercial and not for profit. We’re not collecting any money on the site or promoting anything for-profit.
Could you please check and change the records?

]]>The .js file is not loading from https://stats.wp.com/ on some 4G connections providers : SFR for example. On the same device connected to wifi with a fiber internet connection it’s working fine….
It happens on Android or iOs devices regardless…
On remote debug with Chrome (chrome://inspect/#devices) the file status in the Network inspection panel remains “pending” and never loads, so dom event loaded never fires, and so, all navigation and features waiting for this event aren’t initialized…
Once Jetpack stats (both Stats and Woocommerce Stats) are disabled the website just work fine.

I’m pretty sure that we are not alone facing this issue but we didn’t find a solution.
