My Jetpack settings page isn’t loading. It appears for an instant and then I get a blank area framed on the top and left by the dashboard menus.
Also, I’m getting an error when editing pages: ‘The “jetpack-publicize” plugin has encountered an error and cannot be rendered.’
I signed up to the stats plan about six weeks ago but am not able to access support. I’m wondering if this could be that my usual login for the site isn’t connected to the plan; and possibly the issues above are connected to this.
]]>1- Since I start Jetpack Publicize for auto-posts share, I found 500 internal server errors on a Facebook post share, on almost 50% of posts of the posts share without images, and 90% on Twitter, as for images on Facebook Debug and Twitter card everything fine.
2- For the last 6/7 days, I start facing ‘cURL error 6: getaddrinfo() thread failed to start error’ in the dashboard.

When I contact with website host about the above-mentioned errors, the host support team inform me, these issues belong to the WordPress share plugin.

((Upon first look at the screenshots, I notice that this error has to do with the firewall on the website. But, on having a closer look, I found that it is a plugin conflict. The WordPress share plugin which is used for generating the links and automatically sharing on different platforms is conflicting while processing the address link. So, it is advisable to check this once with the plugin vendor for better analysis. I tried to look for more details but our server doesn’t seem to log any errors regarding this. I apologize for this trouble.))
Please fix these issues or if something is wrong with my site, please advise me, how and what to do.

My website Facebook auto share posts show a big mix-up, like no image, double UR, only 5% of images show. Please help me to fix these issues. If you allow me I will able to send SS or Facebook page links to better understand. I’m grateful to you if you please help me out.

So it works great for custom post types or products that don’t use Publicize, but regular ol’ blog posts I can’t duplicate because Publicize set the custom message to equal the post title and locks it, and that’s what will be shared, even for some manual shares when it overrides the new post excerpt or SEO snippet inconsistently and unexpectedly.
Don’t know if you can address this in a future update, but leaving the feedback here in case you can. Your plug in is great otherwise.
]]>I use the open graph feature in SEO by Yoast but the problem is still there.
I use also jetpack premium but I have disabled the SEO feature.
I usually embed these youtube videos from Gutenberg blocks (The youtube module).
I always work with blocks. There are some other issues of course like Instagram embeds…It gives me an error message. But somehow the embed works and shows the image in the post.

My problem, for now, is the facebook small thumbnails when I use youtube videos because this prevents me from using youtube as a source.

Only now Jetpack won’t connect to any of my social media options. It gives me the same error message.
I tried deactivating all plugins, but the problem persisted. I ran the debug report and submitted a ticket on Sunday; haven’t heard anything back yet (not sure what the turnaround time is?).
The only security plugin I run is Akismet.

5. I open article and look the publicize section to see facebook and twitter are uncheck. I check also in jetpack configuration and facebook et twitter are correctly associated.

It’s awesome that Jetpack Publicize will share events created in the Events Manager Plugin. However, I’ve just created a recurring event and I’ve noticed that the link that got shared on Twitter, Facebook etc doesn’t link to the event. Here’s an example tweet with the link https://grahamstoney.com/events-recurring/a-show-about-anger/

… but there’s no such page on my site. Is this a problem with Events Manager, or Jetpack?
