Hello Kathryn,

I have found this in my css where the date is

‘.blog .site-content .entry-meta a, .archive .site-content .entry-meta a, .search .site-content .entry-meta a {
color: white;
} ‘

and you said that his would work
.blog .site-content .entry-meta {
display: none;
}

Now where would I put this?

Jetpack plugin and css

Hello I saw this (below) in a previous post and do understand where i can edit my css with jetpack…but don’t understand how to get it there to edit it … I have also added on firebug via firefox…

and eventually once it is there, where do I store it…I have heard of childthemes..etc to not lose it in updates…can someone help me step by step if I am clear enough?

The Custom CSS is not stored in the file system so it is not accessible via FTP. It’s accessible via the Appearance->Edit CSS screen when the module is activated and saved in the database.

Error Message Always Displays When I Add the Form

Here’s what I see each time I add a contact form to a page:

Warning: strpos() expects parameter 1 to be string, array given in /home4/crissie/public_html/wp-includes/shortcodes.php on line 193

That error message appears in both the WP page editor and on the actual page that displays to the public. WHY?

Word Press Linked In Share Jetpack

I have been posting my WordPress blogs directly to Linked In for over a year now using Jetpack plug in. Just recently when I click my share button from the blog, it comes up with only the website address, no picture, no blurb – nothing to share. We are self hosted…is anyone else having this problem? Help!

Likes button and “Leave a Reply”‘s comment box works beautifully with Firefox and Google Chrome. In IE8 there is unnecessary white area around likes button and comment box. And Likes button doesn’t work. How can I fix them on IE8 in the say way as Firefox? They work properly with IE9.

*On IE8, the appearance is very different with other reasons, too (such as border-radius, text-shadow, and box-shadow. I’ll sort this out later).

Facebook Share via Publicize is not working?

I posted this question last night, but cant seem to find the post now?

My blog posts are not posting to FB. I enabled the “share” option and connected my fb account but its still not working. I was able to get one post to share over after I uninstalled the fb ap and re-installed … but nothing since?

I have a couple of posts scheduled and one post shows it is going to share and the other post is not going to share.

I have gone into edit multiple times and clicked the box and then update, but its not holding and the box unchecks itself. Why is the Publicize working for some posts and not others?

Jetpack Facebook Share is not working?

The box is there for me to share, but wont allow me to click on it? I deleted the app from my FB account, then reconnected. It worked once but then wont allow me to share any other posts?

Any suggestions?
