I have been a paid user since 2015. Whenever I would contact support, “Emilio Rivera” would get back to me ASAP with results that worked. Now, the plugin is owned by some new company named Sureswift Capital. They ain’t sure and they ain’t swift! Bring back Duane Storey and Dale Mugford ASAP!

With the WordPress 5.5.1 update, my website was acting funny in multiple ways. The desktop was displaying on mobile for some pages. The content was centered on Firefox as though it was tablet mode for some pages and YouTube customized thumbnails were not being displayed on the website or mobile.

To make a LONG STORY SHORT. I sent multiple emails to support over the weekend. Did not hear from them until I canceled the pro license at 3pm on Monday. They contacted me to confirm the cancellation.

Read the other reviews online – Support is bad. Links on the website do not work and the phone number drops M-F, 9-5.

If the plug-in crashes on Friday night, Pray that someone will get back to you on Monday. No guarantee.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PLUGIN UNTIL THEY SELL IT BACK TO DUANE + DALE. NO LONGER A TOP PLUGIN.

Some images not loading

I just published a new post on the link supplied but I’ve noticed that some images are not showing.

I can’t understand why some load but not others.

Hi, I’m getting this error code when I go to Publicise.

Recently (yesterday) my site was taken down and moved servers by fasthosts because of some spam attack on my site (I think, I’m still not clear) anyway, since they moved it, I’m getting a few issues like this one.

It’s a problem on https://stars-burn.net/scruffy-duck and https://https://stars-burn.net/wingingit

Any ideas?

Jetpack bloc subscriptions count

I have 12 subscribers to my blog, but the plugin only shows that I have 1.
I’ve seen discussions about the issue of subscribers count dating 2 years back. Has this issue been resolved?
If not, which other plugin an I use to get the correct count of subscribers?

Conflict with Jetpack's facebook integration

Hi I use Yoast SEO and jetpack. One thing I use with jetpack is the ability to auto publish blog posts to a FB page. However when this is done, the pic from the blog post doesnt appear on the FB post, but the logo from the website does.

The jetpack support said it may be a conflict with Yoast. This is what they said:

Lost Custom CSS (Jetpack) and error on attempting to Revert

We just rolled back our WP Woocommerce site to last weeks backup – FILES only – and our custom CSS is gone. The revisions are still there, but when I click to ‘Restore to this version’ I get the following error :

Removing a site from the mysites list

Is there a way to remove a site from the mysites listing if the site was running jetpack, but the site no longer exists?
I had a previous website linked in the mysites section which was recently deleted, and I can’t seem to remove the listing from mysites because I am receiving an error retrieving settings.
I have seen in previous postings that someone manually removed the listing through a forum request, but is there any other way to remove the site?

Can't connect Jetpack to my site

Just installed Jetpack and added some code (referred below) to .htaccess file and enabled pingbacks and trackbacks as host suggested but no result! I even deactivated all plugins and tried again after that, still no success! What else I should do to get connected Jetpack?

Jetpack breaking images

When you enter my blog, I have a page that does a short description of the post. When you click on the title or “continue reading…” you get the full post. It’s on this full post page that I ran into a problem with Jetpack.

If I create a post and publish it, then go back and edit the post and insert an image, Jetpack is preventing the new image from showing. It shows either as a broken image or a alt link name depending on the browser that I use. When I click on that the broken image or alt name the image that should show will show on a new page by itself. This is with jetpack enabled. With jetpack disabled the image show as it should.

I discovered that jetpack was the problem after disabling / re-enabling all Plugins. Different Themes do not make any difference. I would really like to keep jetpack running on the blog.

Any ideas of what could be causing the problem or what I should do?

Using WordPress 3.9.1 and Jetpack 3.0.2
