I’m facing an issue with WooCommerce variable products. When I select a variation and try to add it to the cart, I get this error:
“Please choose product options by visiting Custom Handwritten Projects.”What I’ve Tried:
I disabled the plugin and tested it again. Without the plugin, I initially got the same error because I hadn’t added an amount for Handwriting Style: Calligraphy and Postage Options: First Class. After setting a price, the Add to Cart button worked fine.
I then reactivated the plugin, and the error reappeared, even though the price was set correctly. The product won’t add to the cart.
I found some articles suggesting that certain JavaScript files might need to be deferred. Also, I noticed this error in the console: Screenshot.
Can you please guide me on how to resolve this issue? Is this a known conflict with the plugin?
Thanks
]]>I have debugged, caching, other plugins etc. and found out, that if I change the theme to something else, like the wp2024 basic theme, it works and back to divi it doesnt. I turned off all performance options in Divi, but that doesnt resolve it.
So… now I hope you people can help us out. I have contacted the Divi helpdesk, but they told me to go to you guys….
I can give you access to one of my sites to debug if you want. But that has to be in a private mail of course.
Thanks so much for your help!
Jason
]]>I am seeing the following message on all pages where I have a form. I have WPForms Lite ver 1.8.9.2.
“Heads up! WPForms has detected an issue with JavaScript on this page. JavaScript is required for this form to work properly, so this form may not work as expected.”
The form still works in that messages, emails come through without further issues as far as I can see.
What might be the “issue” then that the message is referring to? Can I simply ignore it?
I have LiteSpeed Cache but javascript is not minified.
Thank you for your time and I look forward to your reply.
]]>I think that I did a mistake. In fact, I checked the “jquery asset unload” and know I have a javascipt issue on my wepage audit. Also when I click on the FAQ, normally that show content, but that charge the page again. Can anyody help me please ?
]]>can you please tell me why this happened and how I can fix it?
Thanks and regards!
]]>I can’t see any significant JS errors in the browser dev console – since the form appears to work, should I be worried? What else is it checking, that might give a false positive?
Incidentally, I can’t just exclude the whole page from caching – the form appears on multiple pages on the site, including the home page, so that would destroy the caching altogether!
Thanks.
]]>The update today has broken this functionality – now clicking on a homepage menu link to a targeted anchor (also on the homepage) does nothing.
I use twenty seventeen (child) theme with a plugin called ‘options for twenty seventeen’ to enable this function.
I have recreated this on my test site for you to see in the wild – on the main menu under ‘home’ you will see a link ‘middle’ – clicking this does nothing.
This worked perfectly before your update.
Disabling your plugin restores the proper function.
hope you can help,
regards
dave
It seems like a javascript error coming from the bundle.js
Could you help me with that?
]]>How can I work around this issue?
I really appreciate your help! Thank you!
We are unable to use the plugin as it is showing some javascript error while trying to save the post form. Please check below for the error I see in console.
