Hi I have two websites using this plugin. They have been working great for the last 4 years, but suddenly just the other day the maps stopped working.

The API keys are fine, I checked. I turned off caching and no change.

I noticed an error in the console that says:

Javascript error initial message box broke and Member Directories update button!

Hi,

The initial message box won’t work so I submitted it empty.

Luckily it then brought me to what looks like a Gutemberg message block?

I’ve had your plugin for years, never a problem. Yet after returning to get my University ready for launch, I can’t use the update button on the Members Directoty page in admin. I will buy Pro soon but not yet. Can you have your developers check this out please.

I’m using latest WP version 6.3 and I’ve tried deactivating every plugin plus tried default theme, so it’s not a conflict.

Appears to be a Javascript error, as when I click the button it swells as it should but the menu button fades for a second and there is no saving and page refreshment. Other than that all other areas of Ultimate Member seem functional.

I can send you the full link in confidence. Reluctant to show it here.

So I am not sure if it’s wordpress update or any other issue but out of the bloom some elements stopped from getting loaded, or takes A LOT of time to do so (though they are all optimized and served via Kinsta CDN).

Also the blog stopped from loading www.samikayyali.com/blog

Note that I am using Divi and Divi builder.

I keep getting the Oops! Something went wrong.
This page didn’t load Google Maps correctly. See the JavaScript console for technical details. message.

I checked and it says: Google Maps JavaScript API error: ExpiredKeyMapError

But I did get a new key and used the plugin. Can someone help me fix this error? I am new to wordpress and plugins.

First off, love it! (newbie here) works great but just started getting a java error in my chrome, and IE seems to have a little drag! Please check and see if you get it too.

Blank page with RVM Map

Hi there,
I love this plugin and I use it with success in other web sites, but in a new site the plugin doesn’t work properly.
I’ve put the map in contact page with the shortcode provided by the plugin and when I load the page for the first time I see the map correctly but if I go in another page and I return for the second time in contact page I see a blank page.

Doesn’t work in Chrome (but does in IE, Firefox & Opera)

The slider shows on Chrome but when you click it doesn’t do anything (Doesn’t pop out). However, the pop out works on IE, Firefox and Opera.
