Gigantic Margin on Bottom of Page

As of the most recent (4.6) wordpress update, this popup (after being acknowledged/closed by the viewer) causes a large margin to appear at the bottom of the page IF Absolute (instead of fixed) has been selected for “Popup position”.

I’ve tested this on multiple sites.

Errors in 4.9 Latest Update

These are error i received with latest 4.9 plugin update with latest wordpress 4.5 version

– itro continue playing youtube video ‘s audio even closing popup by clicking cross . Means video turn off but audio continue playing in background

– itro plays audio ( no video ) in every page/ post of website even in wordpress admin page , right after successful youtube video pop-up. Means , youtube pop-up success but 2. or 3. or … other page/post visits trigger itro pop-up happen again but this time invisible and only audio . There is no pop-up window to turn off audio etc.

And one suggestion to plugin owner , add a box for us to configure timer text for customized usage ” This popup will be closed in “

Because even we make customization in templates/itro-popup-template.php file , it turns to default in every plugin update.

Currently i disabled plugin even i like so much . If you fix problems above , i will be glad to use again

Plugin Next Visualization Timer Not Working

Using the newsest version of WordPress and the ITRO Plugin

I have a video playing in the popup and everything works fine until I close the popup or revisit the page. I have tried everything to stop the popup from displaying after the first visit. It plays every time regardless of the settings. Can someone give me some advice?

ITRO not displaying correctly – Chrome, IE

ITRO popup used to display according to the HTML code but not anymore. Almost none of the formatting shows up in the final pop-up.

Note there should be larger font size at the first line, an bullet point list starting at “find” and ending after “success”.

Spacing doesn’t reflect HTML code either.

I am using the latest version of the popup and checked on both Chrome and Internet Explorer – problem exists on both platforms.

Raw HTML breaks Visual Editor in GravityForms, ITRO Popup plugin

When Raw HTML plugin is activated, the Visual Editor for GravityForms Setting for Admin and User Notification is broken. In the Visual Editor, nothing is displayed, and I can’t enter my cursor in the box. If I switch from the Visual Editor to the Text Editor tab, I still see nothing, and I can’t switch back to the Visual Editor. I can get around this problem by disabling the Visual Editor in my User Profile. Then, only the Text tab is displayed in the Gravity Forms Notification Editor. This is fine for me, because I can enter my notification message in HTML. But it is not friendly for the non-technical site administrator, who is really the one who should be updating the Notification messages.

Similarly, I installed ITRO Popup plugin, which allows you to enter a popup message in its dashboard settings. Again, the Visual Editor shows no message, and won’t accept entry. And if I disable the Visual Editor in my User Profile, I see content in the Text Editor, under the ITRO dashboard settings, and am able to edit it.

The problem with the GravityForms Notification settings has been that way for years. By process of elimination, I just realized that this was due to the Raw HTML plugin.

popup window opacity=0 at screen width below 784px

This is occurring with default values as well as specific values loaded into the popup plugin

With plugin enabled on mobile devices: the plugin “computes” OPACITY VALUE OF 0 on widths less than 784px. See the element style below.

Above 784px, plugin works fine. Also, javascript does not work on the enter button and only the exit button.

how to make popup go away on click?

I have just installed the popup, it looks great and seems to work great but I ask question ‘do you wanna do this…? when they click on ‘yes’ it takes them to another page. when they click ‘no’, I want them to stay on the page but the popup doesn’t go away. how do you make the popup go away on click? second, I want the popup to show only on select pages but on the back end I cannot figure out how to do it. the tooltips are not working. I tried to double click, drag, but nothing is happening. thank you for your response. souleye

Make the popup appear only on blog posts

Hi. Before I start, let me just say that ITRO Popup is AWESOME!

That said, I’ve managed to have my own popup done and ready for release, but I’m having problems making it appear on pages (or in this case, posts) that I want it to appear on.

Basically, I want the popup to appear on all blog posts and nowhere else. So it should not appear on the index page, contact us, or any other page, just in the blog page and all of the blog posts.
