If I use the link shown in the “Advanced Export” mode I get to the login page but after logging in I get to the dashboard. (On a different website an IQY file is downloaded after logging in.)
Any clue where the problem could come from?
Thanks
Klaus
]]>Since using Wordfence this update does not work anymore. In WF Live Traffic I see a yellow light indicating a “Failed login” of the user (which is the admin).
Is there a way to open the gate for such an IQY in the Wordfence environment?
Thanks

]]>I am having issues opening an .iqy export creating using this plugin in Excel. I am presented with this error (see screenshot).
‘Unable to open URL. Cannot locate the Internet server or proxy server.’
I would prefer to use Excel rather than Google Sheets for this tasks. Any help/advice appreciated!
]]>I’d like to use the “Excel Internet Query” .iqy file to export data to excel, but it does not seem to be working.
I download the .iqy file to my desktop, open it in excel, click enable at the warning, put in my username and password at prompts, but then receive an error message as it is unable to download the data. The error message says:
“unable to open /url/. Cannot download the information you requested.”
If I take the url from this error message and put it into the browser I get a login screen – if I log in then the database appears. The login I use then is the same one as I’ve put in the prompts in excel, I’ve checked several times.
Is there anything I’ve done wrong/ could try?
Thank you in advance for your help.

PS: If I deactivate the captcha plugin, I am able to manually download what the URL refers to (iqy file / csv data). However, Excel for Mac 2011 doesn’t seem to know about iqy files, and Google Sheets always gives an “#N/A”. The latter might be a completely different problem of caching done by Google (I also have a basic auth globally for all my lab sites) – as it still states it can’t open the URL, while manually it works just fine when using http//user:pass@… and so on (I do this in a secondary browser).

]]>I have gone to the Export & Short Code Builder selected Excel Internet Query then entered my login information.
I click the generated link and it provides a .iqy file.
I open the file and it asks for my username and password which I enter again then unfortunately it says:
Unable to open http:Thww.hansonconcretegarages.co.ukt,vp-login.php?redirectto=wp-admin%2Fadmin-ajax.php%3Faction%3Dcfdb-export%26form%3DPIease V0213enter%28your%213details%213below%26enc%3DHTTALSOMV026action%3Dcfdb-login%26cfdb-action%3Dcfdb-export%26user Jogin%3D [NAME] %2540hansongarages.co.uk%26user_password%3D [PASSWORD]. The Internet site cannot return the object you request. (HTTP/1.0 403)
What does the error mean? I have replaced username and password with [NAM.. etc. There is an @ symbol in the username if it perhaps not parsing that correctly?
