Cannot Login to Restricted Pages via iPhone 6 and ipod-iTouch

I’ve been getting complaint/support requests saying that members cannot access restricted pages when they attempt to access using iphone6 or ipod/itouch. They are able to access the same restricted pages using laptops, but not using the above. Are you aware of compatibility issues of this nature? Is there a solve for this? A setting variance? I need to have a solution for these people. What do I do here?

Display issues with ipod/iphone

I have an issue with the speak up plugin that when go to my website using an ipod or an iphone, and then you click on the “Sign Now” button, a new screen (with the entry fields) does not get created or pop-up. Instead, when you click on the button, the current web page greys out, but if you scroll to the top of the page, you get the new screen with the bottom portion entry fields displayed – and you cannot get to the top portion of the form to complete it.

Is there anything I can do to correct this?

Any advice you can give would be helpful. I have a feeling many people may use their mobile devices to go to out website, and we’d like their experience to be as user friendly as possible.

Embedded YouTube Videos Won't Play on iDevices

I have the JWPlayer WordPress plugin and JWPlayer 5.10 installed. I am able to embed YouTube videos just fine and watch them on my computer and my android phone. However, when testing on iDevices the videos won’t play – in fact, it appears nothing loads at all… the area where a video should load is just a blank black window.

I have tried changing out the version of JWPlayer but that doesn’t work. I have confirmed the JWPlayer.js file is in the following location:
wp-content/uploads/jw-player-plugin-for-wordpress/player

You can test this for yourself on our website – https://syq.tv — Try playing ANY video on your computer and then try on an iPad or iPhone and it won’t work.

Any suggestions on what to try?
I was under the impression JWPlayer would fallback to HTML and play the videos – this is working for others but not for me for some reason.

Love the player. Works fine on desktop but audio works inconsistently on iPad and iPod. Tracks sometimes play and sometimes not.

I don’t seem to be able to find this piece of information, anywhere…

I need an HTML5 player, which can auto-detect the difference between a laptop/desktop (Apple & Windows), iPad, iPhone/iPod, Android Phone & Android Tablet.

Each one of these has it’s own size and/or encoding requirements. However, some devices (like the iPad & iPhone or the Android Phone & Android Tablet) use the same file type but in different sizes and/or resolutions.

So, every time I want to display a video, there are about 5 or 6 versions of the video file which are needed. I need a player, which can detect and server the file that is needed.

Can Podlove Web Player do this?

If so, how do I make this happen?
