Mautic is not tracking individual IP addresses for visitors. It shows only 1 IP for all visitors.

162.241.252.242 – this is IP I see no matter where the visitor came from. I have even changed cloudflare settings to BYPASS the CACHE fOR Mautic TRacking URL.

What else can i do? Any tips? I would love to track IPs of individual web visitors.I’ve tried a lot of things but still unable to track IPs of visitors.

The surprising part is when I use Wordfence setting :Use the Cloudflare “CF-Connecting-IP” HTTP header to get a visitor IP…. it gives me the real IP…how do I do this setting for mautic

Hi! Needing help! I made my first installation of Mautic on a server in hostgator, I installed the tracking pixel in the site using the WP Mautic plugin and apparently it is working because the accesses appear in Mautic.
The problem is that ALL visitors who I asked to test the site, appear in the contacts page (Anonymous) with the SAME source IP, the IP of my server in hostgator !!! not their real IPs… Even the identified contacts remains with this IPs.
The CORS settings in Mautic instance are setting to Yes with my domain https://dinamicmkt.com.br and my Mautic tracker requests in the “Network” panel aren′t blocked.
wordpress version : 4.9.8
wordpress mautic plugin :2.2.2
mautic :2.14.0

The site is with SSL.
Can you give me any tips? Thank you for your time!

Trialing the IP Tracking service offered by Gambit Nash and having a WordPress site made absolute sense to install the plugin. It was so easy, I just installed it via WordPress plugin console, activated and added the code sent to me from the supplier. This did exactly what it said it would do. I didn’t need to contact my website development team.

I’m creating a wordpress-based blog and for what I’m trying to do, it is essential that I prevent/limit multi accounts creation,. I also want to completely prevent account sharing.

It doesn’t need to happen automatically, but I have to be able to check and verify that a user indeed has shared an account or created another one.

I thought about using an IP tracker or something, I’m neither coder or developer so I’m guessing I’m limited to plugins. I just need an effective and accurate solution/method.

I need to build a website through wp that allows me to show a different website (or pop ups) according to the user’s location. The reason for this is because we have different terms and languages for different places.

I’ve seen it done before but I’m not quite sure if this is do-able through wordpress.

i like the spy function in StatPress cuz i can c what countries visitors r coming from but since the last update, this function doesn’t work anymore. it shows the IP but the country info doesn’t load. the flags that used to load along with the “more info” don’t show any longer. please fix this asap!
