How can I unblock my country?

Where in the files do I edit the blocking?

I edit a page in wordpress, update and click on view page. I am displayed a a blocked IP address page:

Security FireWall is activated for your IP xx.xx.xx.xx
Blocked by DoS prevention system
The page was generated at xxxxx
xxxxx, madeinthemoon.co.uk

I have added my IP address to the whitelist but it doesn’t make the slightest difference.
It is constant, even when browsing the website it pops up on occasion too, please help.

Hello,

I have a question about login attempts to my wp site, which has notified me of an ip address in another country making numerous attempts at logging in and has subsequently blocked it. Should this be cause for concern and/or should i look into this further and put additional security on my account(s). Can somebody advise on this, i would very much appreciate it?

Defender Blocked My IP And Now I Can’t Login

I recently tried to login to WP and received the error “The administrator has blocked your IP from accessing this website”.

I’m actively blogging for my client and need to update their posts. I logged in on my computer and tablet and still it won’t let me resolve this issue. How do I fix this? I need access to their website.

Hi, I’ve got this error message that came up out the blue –

ERROR: Access from your IP address has been blocked for security reasons. Please contact the administrator.

As I’m the administrator , contacting myself would seem pretty useless ( in my case anyway ).

– I understand it’s most likely a security setting from a plug-in . The question is how do I access the plug-in to change the settings if I can’t log on to edit in wordpress. Is it for keeps or is it a matter of logging on again in a few days ?

Any help would really be appreciated as it’s a business site and I urgently need to do some edits !!

Can't open webpage from wifi IP-address

I’m not able to open my website, www.nelinn.no, from any my devices on my wifi IP-address. It just says: cannot find page. But using mobile network, or for everybody else it works fine. I can’t even type in my username or password because www.nelinn.no/wp-login.php doesn’t work either. I have wordfence with strickt regulations, but my IP-address isn’t on any blacklist either. If I disable wordfence when I log in from mobile network, I still have the same problem. Anyone?

My modem's public IP address was blocked from accessing my site

So I was editing my site from home as per usual yesterday, and suddenly was unable to access my domain, either the site itself or the WP-admin login page.

I then tried logging in on my mobile device via a 4G connection, which worked as per usual, indicating my modem’s external IP address (Not even sure if this is a thing) had been blocked from accessing the site.

I attempted access again this morning, but was still “blacklisted” or something- I don’t know enough about networking to comment on how I’ve been locked out, other than any device on my home network is unable to access my website.

Please help as I need to be able to edit this site from home.

Hi, I recently installed WordPress on my server but I cannot curl www.remarpro.com from it. I checked that nothing is blocking on the server side, maybe it has been blocked on www.remarpro.com?

I haven’t worked in WordPress yet, but I’ll have to do that for a company.
However, when I want to open the admin-site (https://buurtcirkels.nl/wp-admin) I get this:

404 Not Found
nginx/1.6.0

Anyone else can enter this site (I can while using my 4G). Is it possible that my ip-address is blocked (by WordPress maybe)? I called my internet-provider but they couldn’t help me. This IP-adres I received a month ago while getting a new internet-provider (xs4all). Checking on blacklist-sites this IP-address appears to be fine.

Does anyone has the answer? Thanks!
