Woocommerce ios app doesn’t show all orders

Hello. Yesterday we changed our wordpress database password, and after this move, the woocommerce mobile ios application only shows orders from the password change. I can see past orders if I search with order number, but if I roll down, it shows orders only the new orders. Past order are not visible if I roll down.

It says ”we couldn’t load your data”

We didn’t made any other change, so I do not think that there is other problem.

How can I solve this problem?

I work at a school and and we have a sonicwall filtering system and WordPress works fine through the web browser but when using the WordPress app we are struggling you upload the images it is as if the filtering is stopping it but we are getting nothing through the logs any suggestions one what URLS are needing unblocking.

Hi,

What I am trying to do, is host an ios app on our wordpress site, which is password protected.

Now if I have the following html on an index.html page on our site, the user can download the app.

DistributionSummary.plist”>Install App

Using this Simple Download Monitor plug in, simply linking the downloadable file to the direct .plist file does not install the app on ios devices.

What I need to input into the ‘Downloadable File (Visitors will download this item)’ field is:

itms-services://?action=download-manifest&url=https://DistributionSummary.plist

However, upon saving the page, the above line is removed by the plugin.

Any help would be appreciated,

IPad app that will publish to WP

I’m looking for an iPad writing app that gives the option of publishing directly into a wordpress dot org account. Last year Ulysses served me well but when I tried it recently after a nine-month hiatus, it returned xml-rpc errors. In a back and forth between Ulysses and my host, the host claimed that it couldn’t raise the limit but Ulysses says that they need to send 15 requests per minute.

Any other suggestions?
