As per below guys, once i moved my server to digital ocean, i’m unable to send invoices to clients email, with infom when i change anything in profile im getting alarm by email, so email working for some features and not for some such as invoices.

Hi there,

I am having trouble downloading pdf invoices. I know the how to do it and I haven’t changed any of the settings from last week, when I last downloaded invoice pdf’s. When I select “download pdf” from the options within the invoice i’m creating, a BLANK invoice does download with only my logo, but WITHOUT any of the numbers, dates, quantities, or descriptions.

The invoicing system is still working through client portal, links, and email, however, I need to download a pdf as I usually do.

I want to display a tax i.e “VAT 20%” on my invoice and email notification sent to customers when they placed an order.

I have tried all I could do but no success yet.

Please I want to display “VAT 20%” somewhere in the order details.

NOTE: I don’t want the “VAT 20” to increase or decrease the final cost of the order. It should not have any effect

I have tested most woocommerce invoice, packing … slip plugins and non could solve my problems.

They either do not have features I want or I can’t save changes & it will end up in a waste of time.
