Wrong language in PDF

My website languages are French and English. Even if French is the default language, my admin is in French and the order was made by a French customer: the invoice is in English. I can create a template to translate some words myself (invoice number, date, address…). But the product titles are from the English version of the product. In addition to that, some product are in French but don’t exist in English so it can cause some problem too.

I use Polylang for my languages.

I’m trying to create two invoices: ITA and ENG
And, in the WPML website WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips is signed as 100% compatible but.. as you can see in this image, only a few words are translated…

I tried to translate as many words as possible with WPML Theme and plugs localization + String translation but… I’m not able to solve a lot of problem.
Can you tell me what should I must to do?

I have a website using your plugin.
you have WPML and the products are in SPANISH and ENGLISH

The problem is that both when you buy in one language or the other, the invoices always generate them with the name in ENGLISH of the product and not in each language. The SKUs if you receive them in each language.

The invoice he want must be at the other language i have at site.

My WP is in spanish. I have “WooCommerce PDF Invoices & Packing Slips” plugin, BUT in Customs they need all invoices in english. Your plugin create them in spanish, because it take the default WP language. How can I generate invoices in english without changing my default WP language? (So my woocommerce remains in spanish)

Hello,

I am trying to use your plugin to create invoices but I face two problems

The first one is with translations. I have a multilingual website in English and Greek and I have completed the string translation for the plugin. When I try to create an invoice the invoice is created with the language of the administrator which is in English, and not the language of the client which is in Greek.

The other issue I have is that in Greece there are two different types of invoices, one is for retail customers and the other is for selling to other businesses. I have created a custom template, but when creating the invoice naturally it gets the template that is used in settings. It would be useful when you create the invoice to be able to choose which template you prefer. I guess a “solution” is before creating the invoice to change the template from settings and then create the invoice, but that could lead to mistakes and also is time consuming.
