Process followed:
There is a video on the dashboard that explains this, but if a user (like me) ignores the video and follows only the text instructions, it can lead to confusion.
Other than that, the plugin works perfectly. I’ll definitely use it for future migration tasks.

]]>Also, can we train the bot using more content? For example, we have a bank of questions and responses that we’d like to feed into the chatbot, but the Instructions don’t seem to hold enough.
I also am having problems styling the chat. I have added CSS provided by your live chat to define the colors we would like to use. But we are not seeing the changes reflected on the chat. The preview in the plugin settings looks okay. But the version on the actual live page is not the same. The message area on the live page should be a darker grey background with lighter text. But the background and text color are both lighter greys on the page link that is provided here, so you can’t read the text.
I’m not able to change the mouseover color on the chat icon as well.
]]>The default shortcode on the default collection page [user_post_collection] shows List Not Found on a user who clearly has some links saved.
Would you please share what is the shortcode to properly access all bookmarked links?
