Error Installing License

Since website migration, Wordfence ask to finish instalation by activate the license Key.

So, i generate a new free license Key. When i click on “Install my License” on the recieved E-mail, the WordPress activation page open up with mail and key pre-writen.

But the activation failed :

Error Installing License

An error occurred while installing your license key.

Please try again. If the problem persists, please contact Wordfence Support

What i can do for resolved this probleme ?

The WPCode PlugIn installing itself every night

I have never intentionally installed the WP Code plugin, yet the last 3 or 4 nights it keeps installing itself in the middle of the night. And sometimes it does it breaks my site. I would like to understand why this is happening so that I can stop it from happening.

I just moved my site to a new server. Server is Ubuntu 20.04. I’m seeing this error under Site Health:

“Your site is performing updates over FTP due to file ownership.”

Because I had cloned the git repo while logged in as root, everything in /var/www/html was owned by root (user and group). So, I changed the owner to a user with sudo perms:
chown -R myuser:myuser html

Confirmed file perms are 644, and directory perms are 755, but I’m still getting this error.

Also tried changing user and group to www-data, but no success. Any assistance is appreciated.

Plug-In doesn’t show Menu options

I’ve downloaded the Plug-in in an already running WordPress website (created with Elementor Pro) but the Menu options don’t show. It only shows ‘get-pro’.
– I’ve already tried to re-install the plug in
– Deactivated all my other Plug-ins – checked – and activated them again one by one
– Cleared the Cache

I’ve reached out to the support and they wanted to have my WP password. I’m accessing my WP Site through Elementor which has my payment details and address which is why I won’t just give out my password and log in data.

I appreaciate any help!

I try install free neve theme (downloaded from www.remarpro.com and direct from the WordPress theme) in my WordPress without sucess – after the install the WordPress crashes, and just removing the Neve plugin folder and activating a new theme the WordPress back to run.

Can help me?

I’m near to purchase the Neve theme but with this problem I have look for other theme.

I deleted this plugin though I would like to use it. When I set this up it asked where I wanted to put it. I put my blog page, thinking it would be at the top of it, but instead it made its own page on the menu. Originally, I wanted to be on a sidebar widget but there doesn’t seem to be a way to do that.

Hello,
I have several domains hosted with Hostinger. I have the latest version of wordpress, and the issue happens on all the sites I’ve tried installing wordpress on.

Basically I install wordpress and want to try several themes. I install one, it works fine* (somewhat fine, details below) but when I install the second one, the website displays as a mix of layout from theme 1 and content from theme 2.

*Sometimes, when I install a theme that has demo content, the demo content either does not install when I try to install it (I get a message that says “Successfully installed”) or it is also a mix or more than one demo template.

This happens regardless of what theme I try to install.
I’ve contacted my host but they can’t find an issue on the hosting site, so I wonder if it’s something WordPress related.

Just a small note to say how happy I am with my choice to purchase the UNOS GLOW theme for my business. I am a very basic when using WordPress and thought I would be ok using this Theme, but I had missed something along the way and the Theme wasn’t uploading. Critical Error after Activating Plugin

I’m trying to install this plugin because the Theme I purchased requires it.

I’m stuck on the link account screen. If I press skip, it does nothing, if I press Allow & Continue, then I get a critical error. My error log says this:
