Hi, my problem is that mail poet is gone – can’t find the plugin anymore. When I want to reinstall it, I am told that I can’t install it because it already exists. I am using version 6.1.1., all plugins and themes are updated. Any ideas for solution? Thank you!

Installed, activated, and a message at the top of that page from Clearfy to disable East Updates Manager. Which I did, but then put it back when I could not find Clearfy. I refreshed the page, still not there. Where is it and why is it missing?

List of “Installed Plugins” doesn’t load completely

Whenever the plugin is activated, the listing of my installed plugins doesn’t load completely.

Cannot see full plugin list

In the admin page, I go to the Plugins -> Installed Plugins

The List I see is incomplete, e.g.only the first 17 out of 22 in “All”
-or-
only the first 13 out off “Active”

Also the “Screen Option” drop down is blocked
The “Help” drop down is blocked

And IIRC there was a mini-menu for each plugin (activate|deactivate|configure) … that’s missing too

For me the issue is since 4.8.2, I can’t get further than that.

Any help appreciated.

Disappearing update notices

recently I noticed all the update notices on the installed plugins page disappear after a few seconds.
Is this a new “feature”? If so, how can I switch it off?

Installed Plugins opens Homepage

When I open Plugins : Installed Plugins -> Homepage page opens (WordPress 4.7) .

Plugins Add New works normally. Maybe this is plugin issue but I have now no access to plugin page. I have not seen any other problems in admin or site itself.

Hello there,

I installed the plugin (reported as a success) but can’t see it in the list of Installed Plugins. I can however see the folder wp-content/plugins/user-role-editor and files have been created.

I deleted the folder and re-installed the plugin but got the same. I don’t have any problems with other installed plugins or anything else on the site.

If I try to install it again by Plugins – Add New it says it is installed.

Any help appreciated.

Installed Plugins saying "Access Denied"

I am helping create a website that is currently private and I have installed some plugins that I need to deactivate, but the “Installed Plugins” tab is not appearing under Plugins. When I click on Plugins itself, it takes me to the “Add New” plugin page. I tried typing in the URL (/plugins.php) and it says “Access Denied.” I am listed as Administrator on the website so I shouldn’t have a problem with Access.

I had the owner go in the back end and delete the plugins and we still can’t see the “Installed Plugins” tab.

Installed Plugins: No "View details" on Site Admin on Network

Version 4 changes the previous “Visit plugin site” link to “View details” on the Installed Plugins Admin panel. However, the link has disappeared altogether on the Site Admin Installed Plugins panel within a WordPress Network. For both users who are Super Admins and those who are just Site Admins.

Is this a bug I should be reporting? Or a security issue?

Hi everyone,

This is quite an urgent matter as I have a very important post going up on Monday and cannot delay it.

I just installed Instagram for wordpress and suddenly my site doesn’t load, just a blank screen and error message (https://alajode.com)

I can still access all the admin panel EXCEPT the ‘installed widgets’ section.

Any ideas?!
