Cant activate the plugin & neither cant delete it

I tried to i to install the plugin to my wordpress based website, when i try to activate the plugin it give me error that page not found, when i tried to delete the plugins under plugin, i cant delete it… i reinstalled my entire site from backup and tried again.. same issue this time i tried to install the plugin by uploading the plugin zip file but same issue…

Then i tried to install on localhost server on the same backup… there it got installed… so don’t know whats the issue… on localhost its working but on server its not….

I have php 7.2 on my hosting server…. I have to purchase some add-on in this plugin..

I hope I don’t waste your precious time. I have been dealing with this problem for 1 week.

I am having plugin installation problem.
I am the manager of my server.
I get the following errors after installation.
Wordpress latest version installed.
Elementor different active no plugin installed.
Default theme installed.
System requirements are at the highest level.

Despite these, I cannot login to my WordPress panel after installation.

I downloaded Multiple Domain plugin, but i can’t find any possibility to make changes because the settings doesn’t appear anywhere. Can’t find settings to make changes in left menu also.
