Hi There

I have been having the following errors at the backend. I deleted and reinstalled the app all to no avail. I could provide my credentials to access the back end.

Avada Installation

Hello Community. I just purchased the AVADA theme and installation seems VERY EASY. I just uploaded the zip folder and clicked installation, but it is NOT working though I have repeated the process over and over again. Why is WordPress NOT installing it.
I went and installed other things “just to see” (like unrelated plug-ins) and they were all successfully installed.
Any help will be appreciated! THANKS!!!

Installation Problems – Please Help

My website was running fine. Then I upgraded to 4.0. The menu editors were not working and reading the forum pointed me the issue of cache. I deleted all old installations and kept the wp-config and wp-content (dir). I loaded all new files. But now nothing comes up! Can someone, please help

I am starting a new site on GoDaddy (O can’t change it) I installed WordPress now 3 times and I keep getting the following errors. I’ve never had problems with installing WordPress. This site will be replacing a site that is in terrible condition so I certainly don’t want to start with errors. Any ideas?

Fresh Install and now have problems

Hi,
Been trying for five days now to upgrade to WordPress 3.2.1. I have installed and reinstalled and finally manually loaded ALL WordPress files on server. No plugins or extra themes, no options except for one perhaps. I needed with one of my plugins to enable Apache rewrite_mod in .htaccess file.

This is the contents of the .htaccess file after this installation:

I tried auto updating before the change and I still had the same problem as I have now. The screen options menu, the help menu and the info for the drop down screen for Howdy do not respond. I can mouse over them and click but they do not unfurl. I don’t know if anything else is amiss. I haven’t tried anything else. Please help.

I do not know how to fix this.

BuddyPress Install Errors

Hi, I just downloaded and installed BuddyPress theme. When I installed the theme I got an error message saying the stylesheet was missing and the theme is “broken”. I tried uninstalling WordPress and re-installing and everything was still there after the uninstall. I’m stuck. I installed another theme after all that NO PROBLEM. I want to use BUDDYPRESS, not the cheesy theme I have installed now. Any ideas how to fix this? THANKS!

i host with 1and1 and my sites were working fine until i updated. now i get a ‘Error establishing a database connection’ message when trying to go to my site. i’ve check my passwords/info 10+ times, i know its correct. this is the first time i’ve ran 2 sites from one 1and1 package, so its the first time i’ve dealt with directories or perhaps subdomains. whats the deal? where am i going wrong?
