docker exec -it
from Docker Desktop and connect through the CLI. I can create and see tables no problem. If I instead use wordpress (another build) as is it works just as fine. But duplicator does not. I do make sure to delete everything for each run.I am trying to install wordpress again. I am on a Windows 11 box. Apache 2.4 is installed somewhat. I am using PHP 8.+ This is on my home computer. Mysqli exists, but it is not coming up in phpinfo(). Word press won’t install until it sees that mysqli is installed. In my php.ini word press is uncommented. In the php file there are 2 places where mysqli exists. I commented out the first one and left the second one uncommented.
I know that I have another entry but did not get any help. I don’t like the ai they use here as it tends to not be good at all. I need real people who have fixed the problem on their computer. By the way I did eventually get mysqli working in the past. I have had to reinstall Win 11.
I have installed wordpress into my htdocs file. I know that there is a problem with Apache 2.4 too. I cannot find Apache in my services and yet it is working. I can run localhost/index.html. By the way, mysqli does exist in the php folder.
Thanks
Mark

Meanwhile there does not appear to be anything in the PHP logs regarding this issue.
I’d like to try it as the current AI we’re using isn’t particularly good. Thanks.
]]>if i install the plug-in anyway,
it wont let me active it
“Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_MISSING_FILE (-4) : Missing archive file ‘/tmp/plugin-name.tmp'”
My understanding is that the error message indicates a full or missing temporary folder. To test this, I created a php script that indicates there are only 20kb available in the /tmp folder, which is the folder indicated in the WP error message.
Ontraport does not provide shell, cpanel, file manager, or ftp access to the wordpress installation. I had been using WP File Manager for management of the server’s files, but that plugin has stopped working at the same time that this /tmp issue has occurred with the plugins. I believe that the WP File Manager issue is the same as the plugin update issue.
Ontraport has indicated that I should reach out to WordPress for support on this issue.
Can someone assist me with this resolving this error message in order to update/install plugins?
]]>I really like your plugin. The problem is that on the new site optipng is missing, so for a lot of images it just reported optipng is missing and skipped.
I found some procedures to install it there. The problem is that they use the command line, which I don’t have access to.
Is it possible to do it another way please?
Thank you
