Heavy website loading

Recently, I had shifted my website hosting to another server due to the malware attack in previous one. The problem is that now my WordPress id is taking time in uploading images and performing other tasks. There is no issue from server side but still seems a heavy load on WordPress. Can you tell me how can I fix it. My website is also taking time in loading, should I install any plugin? or report it to WordPress?

not allowed to install plugins on my site

Somehow I am not allowed to intall plugins. When I go to https://www.turnverenigingkunst.nl/wp-admin/plugin-install.php I get the notification: Sorry, you are not allowed to install plugins on this site. I am the admin and have all rights, yet somehow not the right to install plugins… The plugin option is also not shown at the dashboard. The website is from our (dutch) student gymnastics organisation and the board changes every year, therefore I am not sure how long this problem is existing.
I do know some plugins are installed and used, so somewhere in the past it was possible.

(I am also planning on doing a full makeover for the website, but I don’t believe a new theme will give me the rights to install plugins.)

I would love to hear if someone knows how to solve this problem, I have not yet found the answer by using Google.

Hi. I hope this is the right forum as the others seemed to cover other types of topics. If not, please direct me to the right forum.

I need to install a plugin using the built-in plugin installer but the Plugins > Add New option is not there.

As far as I can see, the website is a www.remarpro.com site because when I hover over the WordPress logo on the top-left corner the dropdown menu that appears has a www.remarpro.com link…

I would appreciate help on this as I need to install the plugin to backup the site before updating to the newer version of WordPress and quite urgently need to update to the newer version as this would solve some issues that need resolving.

“No plugins found. Adjust your search and try again.”

Inside the WP Dashboard Under Add New > Favorites, I do see my favorite plugins with my user.

Can not retrieve profile, can not install plug-ins

Hi, I’ve been using Installation Profiles successfully for several years. This evening I ran into two problems I’d never encountered before:

1) Could retrieve my profile list after entering username.

2) After manually adding item I wanted installed, each one was flagged as not found.

I was able to login to my account at https://plugins.ancillaryfactory.com/ and maintain my plug-ins list.

Love this plug-in!

I can’t recall when this issue started, but when I try to go to plugin.php and plugin-install.php, I get an internal service error. I have tried backing up, then re-installing WordPress, but I get the same error. Any insight or ideas would be appreciated.
