I have a web page that has used Wordfence for years. I’m not sure when it stoped working but I can enter ANY code and get past 2FA. Admin please DM me because I do not want to expose my site to possible threats. This is the same on all my websites using this plugin.

The plugin had SQL Injection vulnerabilities that would allow admin access without any account. Any random person using the site could gain access to the database.

SQL injection should not an issue in 2023 (or 10 years ago) because its extremely easy to prevent. Such issues existing show a very low quality development team that have no knowledge of security

Do not use this plugin.

I will never use WooPayments again. I was a loyal user of PayPal for over ten years and decided to give WooPayments a try. My website was hit with over 150 orders using stolen credit cards. Even after I cancelled all of the orders, which should issue a refund and did not, I was hit with disputes and a $15 fee for each dispute that was lost. They took the money out of my account and now I’m at a financial loss, me, a micro-business. Their solution? To buy and install yet another plugin of theirs with a monthly fee. Your biting the hand that feeds you, Automattic. I shouldn’t be punished for a poorly made payment processing system that is far from secure. PayPal is far better and a more confident payment processor, never leaving them again. They support their customers and businesses, they don’t leave them vulnerable and without support OR slap on fees with disputes. AWFUL. DO NOT USE.

My web host regularly runs scans on my websites from the back end and I keep getting a warning about Complianz. The message is copied below. When this file is created by the plugin can the access restrictions be set more securely to prevent the flags? Also, can I simply remove these files from the server?
The following files/directories had insecure permissions (777), which have been remediated.

I’m unable to get my podcast feed to load on my podcast URL: https://www.brushstrokeministries.com/podcast

I’m getting the following error in the console:

Unsafe attempt to load URL https://www.brushstrokeministries.com/wp-content/plugins/seriously-simple-podcasting/templates/feed-stylesheet.xsl from frame with URL https://www.brushstrokeministries.com/podcast. Domains, protocols and ports must match.

I’ve validated that the URL in the general URL settings is using https://

Any help is appreciated.

Misdirected request on mobile

Hi, I’m trying to troubleshoot why an iFrame is not displaying on mobile — it works fine on my desktop PC in Chrome. The message I get is:

“Misdirected Request: The client needs a new connection for this request as the requested host name does not match the Server Name Indication (SNI) in use for this connection.”

I looked at the website contained by the iframe and there are two https:// (rather than https://) requests made at the start of their code. Do you think that could be issue or is there something else I should be looking at? This happens in both Chrome and Safari on an iPhone X. And, I found that if I call the page in an iframe without your plugin, I get the same message in mobile.

Hi All,

I am using the LiteSpeed Cache plugin on my WordPress instance. I’ve tested this on both the latest stable and v3.5.1. When activating the Localize Resources, it is posting the HTTP URL instead of the HTTPS. In addition, it only does this to the Google Tag Manager link. I am using a custom CDN with HTTPS link that is not being used for this also. None of my WordPress settings make reference to the HTTP link

Any ideas why this might be happening?

*Note: I have disabled localization for now because of the error. I can re-enable on request.
