Extra Boxes on Subscribe Form

This is a long-standing problem – a brand new subscribe form, created with only the default name/email field, shows extra input boxes above the actual name/email fields.

Since those extra boxes do not have unique ID tag for the input field, they cannot be hidden.

Why do those extra input fields appear above the actual input fields? See URL link to the sample page, which contains only the shortcode. And this happens with multiple themes.

It’s been irritating me for a long time…..

Is it possible to integrate Popup Maker with PHP code? What I want to do (in a WordPress plugin) is to call a popup containing a simple form with an input box and a submit button, then when the user has input some text and submitted the form the value of the text string should be returned to the PHP code of the plugin.

Hi,
started using your unique plugin this week, trying to launch a monthly posts digest for my site.
Using the shortcode I tried to adjust the form input fields Name + Email to Dutch. Fairly similar but anyway. Ended up changing the wording on lines 290, 293, 299 and 302 in /classes/loadwidget.php.
Any chance this could be solved in a .po file?

I tired many testimonial plugins and my previous one was okay. After I deactivated and reactivated it, the slider stopped working. So I tired more testimonial plugins with not much success. Then I came across Strong Testimonials. It is different, but go through the basic instructions provided with the plugin and it is actually quite simple. The best thing is now I have a testimonial input form, something I did not have before! With searches on the internet I was able to find basic CSS code to get rid of the white boarder in the default testimonial mode, and using the ‘inspect element’ view in chrome I was able to mix that code and make some more minor adjustments. Whenever I got stuck I would message the author and get help instantly. I was a little overwhelmed at the start and if you feel like me, stick with it and you will be rewarded. P.S. This is the first testimonial I have ever written which goes to show how happy I am with the Author and plugin.

Form not accepting fields

I created a custom post type “incidents”, with several custom fields defined. I am trying to set up a form from the front-end to allow users to enter posts for that custom post type. I’ve add the shortcode [pods-form name=”incidents”] to my page. However, when I try to enter information, it does not allow me to enter the post title or main content from the general WordPress post. When I try to specify the exact fields in a list using “fields=”, it just gives the same form and ignores the fields I’ve entered. Is there a way to allow the input of a post using the shortcode and including the normal WP fields as well as my custom fields. I want to only include the fields in the post, not ID and exerpt and all the system fields.

Problem with map in front end input form

Hi! First of all thanks for your great plugin.
I created google maps API KEY following the instructions of the follwing link:

When I create an event from admin page the map is shown correctly, but when I open a front end input form from inspection page I see 2 warning, and when I try to insert address data same errors are generated (for each input I try):

I need a plugin to create a “range calculator”. I am not sure about the title but What I mean is like a loan or mortgage calculator. Something exactly like these samples:
