Trouble with Location Box layout

I have tried various CSS tricks for the last five hours, but do not seem to be able to solve this.

The location box on my site is displaying the input fields on multiple lines with input fields of different widths. I would like it to look like the input box on https://goodwillnj.org/store-locator/. That has the four boxes of equal width and height.

What can I do to fix this display? Is there CSS that I am missing?

hey ,
there is a form into which i have input boxes with placeholders, so whenever i switch the language , the placeholder data get converted to the desired langauge and get filled in text as data .

can you please suggest any fix to it

I am trying to design or align properly Security code image & Input box (for enter security code) through CSS but my tricks are not working because that’s coming up from your script pages.

Also tried to look any option in plugin to align or design option but I failed because there’s no option or nor added any class in div!

Yes, we can design through CSS Pseudo but lack cross browser compatibility so I would like to take some suggestion from you.

length of input box

Is there a way to modify the length of the input box especially for the mobile version. If you have a look @ www.mm-balance.com (go to contact formular)and there you will see that the length of the input box “message” looks fine but the others not.

Showing the Thank You Content after the users submit the Contact Form

I want the Thank You Content after the user press the Send Message button in the Contact form. I want the thank you content in the same box. When users press the Send Message button, then the input boxes should hide and the thank you content should come.

Please help me in this. Any help will be welcomed.

"Enter Password" is replaced by dots, as if it were a password

Using Firefox on a Mac:
In the input area of a password protected file the words “Enter Password” are being treated as if they were a password, and appear as a number of dots. The input box also has a max-width of 250px though I can’t find any css controlling that. This looks bad as the overall width of the box containing the entire link is 100% wide (.col-md-12).

Using Chrome and also an old version of Safari the words “Enter Password” show properly, and the input box is full width.

Now I’m not that bothered about the box width but the lack of the message “Enter Password” is quite confusing for the user who is likely to click ‘download’ only to be told to try again. Is there any way of fixing this?
