I’m working on a manufacturer website that aims to show visitors what products their cars would be compatible with. We decided to start with wind-wipers as they seemed, and have proven to be, the hardest ones to handle.

Due to their request, they wanted the Year dropdown element to show a string with the month and year of both start and end of production, as to reduce the amount of options shown. They also wanted to not have to choose every category and subcategory, as choosing only the car, model and year leads to no results being found (i’ve found how to remove the categories, but the problem persists).

Finally, possibly the most complex request: the wind-wipers have different adapters and sizes that must be shown when searching separated from the product (https://www.mastersensor.com/pt/produtos/pesquisa-avancada this website shows how they would like to present them) in their own boxes. I thought if there could be a way to add those specifications about the car to the YMM Data without them having to be searchable and filling those boxes in dynamically. In case the explanation seemed confusing: when searching specifically for wind-wipers of car X, the search result page would show car X’s wind-wipers specs on pre-existing boxes that were filled in automatically with the information provided to the plugin.

I would like to obtain information from the BBDD through my forms. I explain. I have 2 different forms made with Elementor. One for people who are not registered and another for people who are registered. The difference is that if you are not registered it asks for a Telephone, Email and a Message, unlike when you are registered it only asks for a Message. Attached is the registered person form (form that has the “problem”):

We have connected these forms to Make with a webhook. The problem is that it does not return any information about who wrote. All the fields are seen except who wrote that message because obviously there is no field that is the User as such. I think that from the DB I can see the email of the user who wrote. How could I obtain that information? Through a hidden field? As?

Secondly… How could I take this information to Hubspot so I can send automatic emails? The goal would be to pull that information once a day from a .csv or something like that. Thank you very much in advance

• User 1 fills out the Contact Form, signs it with the mouse and sends it.
• The Form creates automatically a row in an Excel-type table in the WordPress backend, the table contains 2 checkboxes for 2 admins.
• Admin1 approves his checkbox, an email or notice is sent to Admin2.
  Admin2 enters WP and approves its checkbox.
• The created table can be downloaded.

We hope this email finds you well. We are reaching out to report some serious issues we’ve encountered after integrating “WooCommerce PayPal Payments” into our online store.

1. Missing Customer Information: It appears that when customers use the 1-click solution via products, shopping cart, or mini cart, no address or contact information is being passed to our WooCommerce shop. This is causing significant problems as we recently received an order with absolutely no customer information. As you can imagine, this makes it incredibly challenging for us to fulfill orders and communicate with our customers. We have thoroughly checked our settings but have been unable to resolve this issue.
2. Manual Automatic Refund Button: Furthermore, we have noticed that WooCommerce is not Providing automatic refunds for PayPal Payments anymore. This worked Well with the Previous Plugin PayPal PLUS. We were expecting the refund process to be automated, but instead, it appears that we have to initiate refunds manually for each transaction. This is time-consuming and leaves room for human error.

For an e-commerce business, these issues are severely impacting our operations, and we are concerned about potential loss of revenue and customer dissatisfaction.

Could you please investigate these matters urgently and provide us with a solution as soon as possible? Our customers’ trust and satisfaction are of utmost importance to us, and we need to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
