So I contacted the team on their support forums and Jaden Botha did some very quick analysis, and found the problem, but we weren’t sure of the cause.
Matthew Lau then stepped in to assist with investigation and fix, he quickly found the problem code, we were able to disable that, and the table appeared again, he very quickly advised on options to adjust the appearance and highlighted some valuable new features in the current version.
Overall my experience of the support (as someone who has worked in IT for 20+ years) was incredible, and far beyond my expectations. Both Jaden’s initial response and Matthew’s personal support were professional, friendly, kind, demonstrated a great depth of expertise, quick and accurate.

]]>I bought a lifetime licence for their Real Testimonials Pro WordPress plugin as I wanted to create a complex and dynamic testimonial database that I would be able to filter and paginate to replace an existing and extremely bloated page of 150+ testimonials, each with company logos and sample images, that took 50MB of bandwidth, and a very long time to load!
From the moment I used their online chat feature to ask about the functionality of the plugin, their responses were extremely professional and comprehensive, and I soon bought the plugin.
I was able to make many adjustments to the design and layout of the plugin myself which was great, but the real magic started happening when I asked the support team whether it was possible to implement very specific and bespoke changes to the functionality and layout of the plugin. The support team always came back quickly with a solution, and there was virtually nothing I asked that they weren’t able to implement!
I’m hugely impressed with and proud of my new testimonials page, and it’s all thanks to ShapedPlugin, I really can’t rate their support highly enough.
