This lets the chatbot include any FAQs I write to be part of its knowledge so it can be more specific about my website when asked questions.
Now I only edit, add, or delete FAQs in EKB and the chatbot can use the information at will.
]]>In particular, I made what few adjustments suggested by GTMetrix and a few other page performance checks and then implemented Lightspeed Cache. Then I bounced between my settings and GTMetrix to compare results. I did have to do two Google searches on fine tuning and asked one question in Support.
Litespeed Cache support was super fast. (Note I am PST timezone.)
Overall result was a cached page version fully loaded under 2.0 secs. Better than expected.
]]>It has been completely refactored and hopefully most of the issues some users were experiencing have now been resolved. Most of the issues were actually user experience related, people not understanding how to use the settings correctly so thanks to some feedback and input from my WordPress friends I have hopefully managed to create a much simpler and easier to use interface.
I have also created a premium version of the plugin that offers more power and a fuller feature set which most importantly allows me to offer support for this plugin.
