Importation is working but no update on size is processed

Hello,

I am trying to export all my products that have the size S in a csv file (1300 products approx.), in order to change their size in M.

However, when I perform the import, the system displays successfully “merge” but the size of the products is not change.

Do you have any suggestion?

Can’t Import contacts from Users

I purchased the WOFFICE theme in large part because it comes with WP ERP. I am not sure if it is due to the theme or just the native capabilities, but when I am in my Users area and select 1 or more Users in the native WordPress admin, and then select the Bulk Action “Import to CRM” and press the “Apply” button, assign the contact to a user and click the “Import” button, I get the onscreen message that “contacts created”. When I go into the CRM from ERP, no contacts ever get imported. I have tested this on 2 different websites and get the same results, NO CONTACTS GET IMPORTED INTO THE CRM.

It is frustrating to spend money on something advertised and marketed as a good product to then have to spend so much time dealing with non-functioning features. I have had issues with WP ERP in the past as well and had hoped that they were resolved by now but have been left disappointed again.

I would be the first one to write a positive review on a product that actually works as advertised and if someone can help me resolve this issue I will do it for this product as well.

Import problems, limit on number of images?

Hello,

I chose the Rolo Slider plugin because I was impressed with the implementation of the Ken Burns effect. I installed it in WP 4.8.9 on WAMP running PHP 7. I was able to create a slider with about 50 slides all of fixed height, title all bottom left, and was very happy with the results.

After installing WP with the same theme and plugins on hosting (same versions and PHP) I exported from the WAMP site and imported the xml file. After changing all the URL’s it ran, but then I found that only 35 images were displaying. There were a few other missing images and title issues including positions, that had changed, but I corrected by editing the slider, except for the last slide (No. 35), which will not save the title in the bottom position and I also cannot save additional slides beyond this point.

I opened the xml file and found some errors and tried to import back to the WAMP site after deleting the original. It will not import, although I am able to start creating a new slider there. I have checked the database, found no problems, but ran repair and still cannot import, also after uninstalling and reinstalling the Rolo Slider plugin.

I should like to ask whether there is a limit to the number of slides.

Finally I found 2 PHP notices in WP debug:

PHP Notice:  Undefined offset: 0 in \wp-content\plugins\rolo-slider\import\parsers\wxr-simple-xml.php on line 44
and
PHP Notice:  Undefined index: base_url in wp-content\plugins\rolo-slider\import\importer.php on line 94

I was able to fix the second notice but not the first.

I really like the slider and would appreciate some assistance with the issues.

trouble importing child theme demo

I am following the installation instructions that correlate with the child theme I purchased recently, and when I get to the step where I can import the theme’s demo, I am getting this message.

Failed to create new user for sadminuser. Their posts will be attributed to the current user.
Failed to import “sunshine-bb-template-1”: Invalid post type fl-builder-template

The import demo instructions said to download the file from their website, which i did, and then to unzip it and import the .xml file. I didn’t need to unzip it because it wasn’t zipped in the first place. When I opened it, I saw an .xml and tried to import it and the above message is what I got.

Anybody have any ideas? Thanks!

Non Existent/Duplicate Pages Appearing After Import

Hello,

I’ve recently changed to using www.remarpro.com instead of .com. The template my organization is using is pretty basic as of yet.

After doing an export on the old site, I imported the .xml file with all posts and pages. Now, I have two duplicate homepage links in the left sidebar, both of which link back to my old (long since deactivated) site. I’ve deleted all pages on the site trying to fix the problem, but it has not helped. I don’t have widget support right now, so I don’t see how it can be a custom menu, but I could be wrong.

The site is mo018.mowgcap.us.

Any ideas?

Importing worpress.com file

I’ve followed all the correct steps to importing my data from my wordpress.com site to my new hosted worpress.org site, however, it only imports the pictures. No posts, nothing else.

Bridge Theme demo problem

I’m attempting to import the demo files for Qode’s premium Bridge theme (Original demo) but it’s screwing up and I’m getting dozens of warnings all over the homepage that look like this: “Warning: Illegal string offset ‘header_top_area_scroll’ in /home/aliosn9960/public_html/wp-content/themes/bridge/header.php on line 230” etc.

I notice that when I click the import button for demo the upload is over in about 4 seconds. The import takes at least 30 seconds. Is this the problem? If so, how can I extend the import time?

Import taking too long

In April I tested two imports from wordpress.com to www.remarpro.com. They worked fine and fast. New posts have been made to the wordpress.com sites and I tried exporting and importing them to override the previous imports. The file sizes are very small – 799 kb and 467 kb.

After uploading the files I am met with a blank screen and nothing gets imported. I’ve read other discussions regarding this and many had large file issues or needed the importer reset. Ideas? Thank you!
