What’s worse, I cannot even install the Pro version of Colibri Hillstar because it says my subscription limit is exceeded. I do not understand this as I have not activated it for a live WP site… only the sample project.
Help is much appreciated as I am on a tight timeline for this project.
]]>Installed the plugin on the first site, started the export. Ran smoothly.
Then installed the plugin on the second site, started the import process. Experience was confusing and I didn’t know I would just drag and drop the id from the right to the inputs.
After trying a similar plugin it was smoother coz it was labeled well. I realized after using another plugin that this could be similar to this plugin.
If you can label and make the experience better it could be better.
]]>I had a website called bodytalkcare.com
and I saved the following files:
?Backup_bodytalkcare.com_2015-06-25-070036-main-1435190451.zip
?bodytalkcare.com-20160506-234257-596(1).wpress
?bodytalkcare.wordpress.2016-05-20.xml
Now I have a new domain called bodytalkminneapolis.com
I have tried to use the following plugins to try and import these different files:
?All-in-One WP Migration
?Best Import
?UpdraftPlus – Backup/Restore
?WP All Import
?WP BackItUp
And so far nothing has worked.
When I tried to upload the file in All-in-One WP Migration I got this message:
“Unable to import
Version 2.1.1 of All in One WP Migration introduces new compression algorithm…”.
Meaning the plugin can only import .wpress backup exported/created with their plugin.
Renaming other backups (created with other plugins) to .wpress and import will not work.
When I open “Backup_bodytalkcare.com_2015-06-25-070036-main-1435190451.zip”
it says “site data”
and in there is a “db-backup.sql”
Is there a way to upload these files in my c-pannel? (I have hosting through hostgator)
I’m still learning and would appreciate to restore the old site into the new domain if possible.
Thank you
]]>the w3cache plugin intervenes with wpall import plugin. It breaks the import because of different time out rules by the server, varies from 502 to 504. Do you know a solution for this?

]]>The workaround until the author implements is a fix is to right click on the field on the right column and them right click paste into the matching field on the left.
Also, if you go to update a post type, it won’t work. So that feature is falsely advertised.
Bottom line, this plugin is frustrating to use and has many bugs. It has a ways to go before being a good solution for imports. Also, the price of the pro version is outrageous. I would not pay $50 for this plugin.
]]>I have the wholesale price plugin in my website but I don’t see how I can update the price in bulk.
I have the CSV import Suite but it is not taking the wholesale price.
Can you please let me know how I can update the price in bulk?
Thanks,
