Import Events from the plugin being used on another site

I am redesigning a website that uses this plugin and want to export the event data from that site to the new site. From what I am reading, this is only available with the Pro version. I just want to confirm that before I move forward. Thank you! (I already have the export in json file using the API from the current site but cannot see where to import that on the new site)

Moreover, is there a feature to enter the web link of the ics/ical content to have a live content in the calendar ?

Importing Events Does Not Display On Calendars

First off, I love, love, love this plugin. I’m very surprised you don’t have more downloads. Very effective, super light weight, and is perfect for what I need.

I’m trying to import about 200 events (simple event name / start date) – and they import just fine. The custom post types are created.

However, the calendar’s rendered by shortcodes do not display event dates UNLESS I go and update each post manually…

How do I migrate all the events from an old site using AIO Event Calendar to a new site using AIO Event Calendar? I asked on the paid plugin site but never got a response.

WP All Import: Created Events don’t show up

Hey there,

I’m using the free version of The Events Calendar and I want to import events with my pro-version of WP All Import.
The imported data are XML, and the import seems to work fine – for every XML dataset there is a new event that contains all required information.
The problem is that the imported events don’t show up in the frontend of my website, only in the backend overview.
But: When I open an imported event in the editor and hit “save” (or “update”? I don’t have the english version) WITHOUT CHANGING ANYTHING, suddenly the event shows up as it should. It feels like the events calendar doesn’t “see” the events before that step.

Has anyone ever had the same problem or has a suggestion how I could solve the problem?

Do i have again to mark them as interesting or going to import them?

In the csv file, the path to the image on another site is registered. Link type: http: //blabla.bl/bla/directory/kartinka.jpg I select this column as a picture. But the picture does not appear not in the calendar entry, not when editing.

Hey. I added your plugin. I activated it. And then I go to your link on the left column of my dashboard ‘Facebook Import’. And then I inserted the event IDs that I want to show up on my website page. There is only 1 option in the box ‘Import Into’ which is ‘Facebook Events’. I don’t understand why it’s importing into Facebook Events. What I want is to import Facebook events to a webpage on my website. Shouldn’t there be an option import into ‘A Webpage’ and then I can insert my Page URL where I want the app to import all the events to?

Anyways since there wasn’t that option to import into a webpage, I went through with ‘Facebook Events’ anyways. And then click the button at the bottom ‘Import Event’. And then what? Nothing happens. Where is it importing all those events to?
