The issue is the product’s pages are pushing down the main header area and adding its own, but not on the main catalog page – only on the secondary pages. It seems to be making room for an unnecessary header, which pushes down everything on the page at least 200-300px.

I’ve been trying to resolve a “Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.” problem for a couple of weeks. There is much discussion from a year ago regarding how to solve this issue for “admin” access. THAT IS NOT MY PROBLEM!

Admin can register to participate in my forum, but everybody but admin gets the “Sorry” message. All of the registered users may be found in the SQL database and under users in the site admin area, so I don’t think the problem is Clean Talk.

I inserted the SQL, Option_name column, row “wp_User_roles” and the associated “Value” data per the wp.org discussion *** 1 year, 3 months ago . . . from padreed123 (@padreed123) *** to no avail. The system kept running, but non-admin persons still cannot get access to my forum.

I noticed when reviewing the SQL and setup data that WordPress calls site registrants, “Subscribers”, while bbPress calls forum registrants, “participants”. The related drop downs do not let me pick a descriptive term that is the same for both.

Is this a problem?

I asked impleCode and Clean Talk if their code deleted, or modified, the wp_user_roles row in the SQL and they said it did not.

So my last hope is to get some help or hints from bbPress or wp.org, or I am stuck.

Any thoughts are appreciated.

I bought CleanTalk to provide protection from spam and bad language on my Implecode eCommerce website. I use bbpress for a forum. I plan to use Contact Form 7 for contact. I don’t plan to do a blog.

CleanTalk’s advertisement said they supported sites “like” WooCommerce, but the settings page did not list Implecode’s eCommerce Catalog.

Will CleanTalk protect my eCommerce Catalog site from spam?

Menu doesn’t work once in product pages

Hi there,

I have started using your plugin during a revamp of my website youreventmusic.co.uk which is using the theme Oblique which has a slide out menu.

This menu works perfectly until you are on the product pages (i.e soloist->solo pianist) or category pages when you can visibly see the slide but no information and therefore visitors will not be able to navigate the site properly.

Would love if you could help with this problem as currently I cannot continue putting together the site until this works – much appreciated.

impleCode Product CSV – Problem with import

Dear support team,
we’ve bought the plugIn for import-export CSV (impleCode Product CSV). It indicates to error during import. Even when we try to import the CSV that was done from it (without any correction) can’t be imported.
Deactivating the theme doesn’t give any result.
If we deactivate this plugIn, the simple import works correctly.

I have a problem with the text contained by the product page. The SOE plugin form Yoast doesn’t recognize the text, and I am not sure is this is a probplem for google too or just the SEO plugin.

Bad links in admin panel when WP is installed in a subdirectory

first of all: thanks for your work
My WP is installed in a subdirectory (e.g. /main/).
In Admin Panel the links to “General settings”, “Product attributes” and “Product shipping” are wrong.
e.g.
https://www.mysite.com/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=al_product&page=product-settings.php&tab=general-settings
instead of
https://www.mysite.com/main/wp-admin/edit.php?post_type=al_product&page=product-settings.php
