PDF does not contain the gift card images

The PDF does not export with the gift card image. It returns an error (image with a red x). As we’ve paid for the premium version of the plugin, we expect this to work! We only want to issue the PDFs to users as just sending the gift card via email is not viable for us. Now we’re in a position where we’ve invested time and resources into several gift card designs that won’t even be seen by the gift receiver.

This is an issue that I’ve found various users online already reporting on, some reports from two years ago which is plenty of time to sort this bug out. Another user reported that it was to do with the preg replace in this file – “ywgc-gift-card-template.php” I followed the instructions on this thread but this did not work for me unfortunately.

Another issue thread referred to the theme using an atypical image/file structure for uploads and that’s why the plugin does not display the images in the PDF. Many themes use atypical strctures now – this should not be a roadblock to your plugin doing the things that it advertises and that users like myself have paid for.

When will this bug be fixed?

All images are displayed when I customise a page. Once I publish the page, many images disappear. Why is this and how can it be solved?

Images, font colour and placement on front page error

Today I opened my frontpage of the website in the Elementor builder and and then went back to the dashbboard in WordPress.
But when I afterwards looked at the frontpage, the top background image had dissapeared, the top text changed colour from white to black, an image carousel has changed to vetical from horizontal. And all of the elements on the frontpage have been left aligned.
The rest of the website looks fine.
I have no idea how this error happened.
Can you help me fix this problem. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Product Images are Missing

Hi, I am working on an e-commerce [ redundant link removed ] developed in WordPress. I am having some problems regarding the product images. On some of the old product pages, the images are vanished or missing even I had uploaded them. There are small icons showing instead of image. The images are not displaying.
Is this a database problem or some other problem? Images are in the media library but not on the pages. How can i fix them? Thanks

Products associated to a brand, not showing in the brand page

Hello, I have a problem on a couple of brands which I previously cancelled and now recreated. All the products associated to those brands are not showing on the brand page.
I’ve tryied to uninstall/reinstall the plugin, clean the database, add the brand one by one to the products and save, resave the permalink but nothing works.
Anyone has an idea what to do? (Website is not online at the moment)

Images not showing on live site

Hi, I was wondering if someone could help. For some reason, the images on my site have stopped loading on the live link. When I go into edit mode on bakery builder, they appear, but as soon as I exit the edit mode and come back to the live link, they don’t show. It happened randomly today and I can’t seem to figure out why. Can anyone shed some light on this?

Firewall – Prevent prevent Hotlinks

Have had 2 separate websites that images have failed to render after enacting this option in Firewall.

Immediately I remove the option, images re-appear.
