unable to see uploaded images

My header image has disappeared. Also, I am unable to see uploaded images. In “media library” there is an image text description but the image does not show. I am not a developer, I am not a website designer. I am doing my website on my own. My site is “brandweinmeadows.com”.

I am building an art website with the Divi Theme and WordPress 5.6.1. The images have loaded to the media library, but they show up as grey boxes in the media library and on pages and posts.

I have deleted all plugins and have ensured that the folder permissions are set to 755 and the file permissions to 644. I have emptied the cache and cookies. I have also activated a number of themes with the same result.

I have two other sites that I have not touched, and the images show up fine. Those sites are running on older versions of WordPress.

I’m out of ideas. Is this a recent WordPress problem? I shall deeply appreciate your assistance.

WPRM images don’t appear in Google recipe search engine

Most of our images appear in Google recipe search engine (little snippets proposed in top of the normal google search results) but some don’t. We noticed that this happens regularly after we tried to changed the image. We have then tried several images, including the ones that did appear in Google recipe search engine in the start but none of them “works” anymore. Does anyone has an idea of what could cause this? Looking forward to any helpfull suggestions as it is driving us crazy.

images don’t appear on my mobile

I am a total beginner so I need some help.

I am using oceanwp theme and elementor to create my webiste. There is couple of things that I don’t think is working as it’s suppose to.

First My images and logo don’t show on my mobile but it shows when I make the laptop (that I have been working on) screen smaller.

secondly my page don’t upload properly when you go into it at first but if you go to perhaps about and then back everything shows. Again logo and images don’t show.

thirdly the video that is at my homepage dont play right away when you go into my website, the photo for mobile version shows first 2-3 seconds before the video plays.

would you be so kind and help me with those things so I can get my website up soon please

No RSS-Feed, no featured images

Hiho,

I need a special feed for email service (NOT MailChimp, other tool). I think your plugin would be the perfect solution for this.

So I have installed send-images-rss and activated “Create a custom feed and use that for sending emails”.
Only the given URL is not found.

Also we redirect the standard WP RSS feeds to feedburner which works fine. But there are still no images in this feeds. This is a pity, because wouldn’t it be nice to show the pictures to our subscribers…?!

And at last a question: When choosing the image size I can choose from three sizes – but none of these is one of the image sizes, I have defined in the theme’s function. So does send-images-rss create additional images sizes for wordpress or where do these image sizes come from? We already have five images sizes and I would rather not have another three images created when uploading images…?

Latest Update: Images No Longer Show

Today, I updated the plugin. After that, Images don’t show on the site even though I still see them in the editor. Deactivated the plugin and images show now.

Broken images/Cannot upload images to product catalogue

Colleagues,

I can’t seem to upload images to my product catalogue anymore.

I was able to a few weeks ago, however recently this function has ceased.

I try to upload from my media file by navigating to the specific image and opting for it.

The system appears to go through the motions, but the image does not appear in the catalogue.

Occasionally, though not always, I have the small broken image icon in the top left hand corner of where the image should be.

Images which were working have recently dropped off when I try to add additional images to the specific product profile – say two or three images of the same product from a different angle.

Images not showing

The images for my site are not showing.

I have used this plugin since last January with no issues, until the last update to the latest version of WordPress, when the images appear to have stopped working.

I’ve verified that the source image files still exist in the right spot, but they don’t show on the front end.

At the same time, no matter where I am on my dashboard within a few moments the screen always redirects to the settings page on WPCatalogue. If I am editing something, it redirects to the WPC settings page. if I am looking at plugins, it redirects to the WPC settings page.

I have tried disabling the plugin. This stopped the redirect, but it also removed all my listings.

I tried disabling and reenabling all plugins then saving my permalinke structure. No difference.

Help please.

Some images don't show

I’ve been helping a friend get her site set up over the past week and have encountered an annoying problem, which until yesterday seemed to only be happening to me but now it’s occurring when she looks at the site as well. Several of her images don’t show up on the site where they’re supposed to: one of the images in the slider on her home page; one image in the middle of one of her posts created with the help of SiteOrigin’s Page Builder plugin; and one in a gallery. I haven’t looked through all the pages to see if there are others, so there could be more. Last week I experienced the problem to a much greater degree that included some images appearing as avatar-sized thumbnails in addition to several that didn’t show up at all.

My friend has looked at her site in both Firefox and Chrome, and found the problem existed in both, suggesting it isn’t a browser issue. Does anyone have ideas about what’s going on and what I can change to fix it? This site is heavily dependent on the images helping to tell the stories so it’s kind of important we get it worked out quickly.
