I’ve been very happy with your plugin, it’s great.

I’m having an issue with my images, and it seems that it is related with the CloudFlare cache, so I’m wondering if you guys could assist me.

I’m serving my images both from a CDN, and from wp-admin – media. A few of these images served from wp-adming – media disappeared. It only showed an interrogation symbol, I could only see them when I click on them. These images also disappeared from my dashboard, and the front-end. It seems that they disappeared only in desktop in the front-end.

At first I disabled plugins, erased all caches, etc. So, I contacted my hosting provider, and they adviced me to erase cache. So, I purged all cache with your plugin and the issue seems to be fixed for now.

Would you guys have an idea how I can avoid this to happen again? Is there something I could do in your plugin settings?

About 3 months ago we contacted a provider on Fiverr to help with speeding up our site’s incredibly slow loading time. They installed WP Rocket and Imagify and made some other adjustments. The site loaded noticeably faster and everything seemed good until a week ago when we noticed that most or all of the images have disappeared. They are still in the theme (Divi) but not visible on the slider on either the English or Japanese sides of the site.

I attempted to turn off the wp rocket and it advised me to try safe mode first. I did so and the images on the english side came back, but not the Japanese side. I checked back a day or two later and the images on the English side disappeared again. The menu control on the Japanese side also seems to have stopped working.

I should note that go daddy confirmed over the phone that it looks like a plugin issue as go daddy’s firewall also provides caching and image optimization which may provide problems.

Any assistance would be appreciated. The site is a critical part of our survival and things have been hit hard with the downturn in the economy.

I have searched the Plugins page for a link that states “view support forum” but could not find it so i am posting our need for help here. Apologies if posting here somehow breached protocol.

Used the plug in and all thumbnails were regenerated except for one fail and now every blog post and even our logo images are broken on our site. Using the latest version of wordpress. Help please!

Tried this plug in to fix the media library which wasn’t showing any thumbnails…didn’t work and now our blog is broken

Now all the images are not visibile, nor sliders or normal images. They are currently and correctly visible in media library, not visibile online.
I tried to:
1) Re-install the Smush plugin deactivated lazy loading. Nothing
2) Re-imported some of the images from zero. nothing
3) Cleared browser cache and website cache. Nothing.

What can I do? Please help me

1- Motion Effects does not work on the back-end and front-end on both sites. In previous versions of Elementor Input Animation (fade in, fade out, slide in left, etc.) worked on text, header and image elements.

2- Today, after trying to re-apply Motion Effects to a title and an image, both have disappeared from the site’s front-end. The missing title is “interactive digital card” and was in the second block of the site. The image is the logo that should be in the third block of the site. Url: studiodidesign.com.br

3- In both EA Filterable Gallery the arrows for navigating the images disappeared from the front-end. In previous versions of Elementor was working. Url: studiodidesign.com.br

One of the sites is under construction, so I’m not sending the link.

I use the Chrome and Firefox browsers.

The topics i found did not help me solve these problems.

Somehow galleries have disappeared from the site.

I’ve cleared the cache and removed image optimization plugin and uploaded media library files from backup with Filezilla.

Inspecting shows the galleries in their place but nothing shows up.

After activating and selecting images and iframes all the images disappeared from the website. I give one bonus star because this seems to be working for some folks.

But are days that pictures disappearing form the fornt end, also are missing in the backend.

If we try to upload new pictures, we’ve got only an empty, transparent object, with tag title, attribute etc etc…but picture it’s missing.

Just an example of the issue:

I’ve disabled the plugin but the problem is not resolved.

P.s. The problem is especially on the thumbnails

I suspect that this happened after i tried to activate a plugin, but immediately deactivated and deleted it. It was a Content View plugin, but i did not create anything from this plugin before deactivating it, because it was not a right plugin for me.

All the images other than frontpage seems to work fine. Please help.
