Product image thumbnails displaying same size as main product image

Hello – need to create a single-product page for woocommerce. I am using their core plugin, plus elementor and pro version.
I have tried troubleshooting and various fixes for several days, including, but not limited to:

I have deactivated child theme
I have optimized all images on site
tried making a single product template in HELLO theme (it worked, until hello crashed my site – fun.)
I have force regenerated thumbnails on every image in media library
i have installed and ran wp media cleaner and repaired all items with issues
I have deactivated all plugins except woo, elementor / pro
there is no custom code (i do not write code, obviously)
I have tried to adjust image settings in wp (I do not have the option to adjust any settings except thumbnail RATIO – no other image setting options appear in woo)
I have read all documentation

Jetpack Carousel Full-Screen Image Size

Can you tell me how to change the image size for the images shown in the Jetpack full-screen image gallery?

When people click on my tiled gallery thumbnails and view the larger image and slideshow, the full-sized images are shown in the carousel. The images shown are the full resolution and size that I have uploaded to the website. This causes images to load slower than wanted.

I want to set a maximum size for the images shown in the full-screen carousel. Ideally, that might mean showing my website’s “large” thumbnail size or similar instead of the full-resolution images when viewing the carousel. I want to show an image smaller than many of original images uploaded to the media library and added to these galleries.

Can’t control thumb size

Using free version.

Under General Settings: Image Size set to custom and block size set to “340” (tried “340px” too). Crop on and off. No difference. Thumbs are showing as around 200px in size. In my wordpress media settings, I have “medium” thumbs set to be 340, and even when I select Image Size in your plugin, It shows images around 200px. Do I have to buy the premium version for it to do what I set it to do? Not feeling too “spendy” about this when these are functions it says it will do. And yep, I clear my cache, both on server and client-side.

Galleries no longer displaying correctly on mobile

The mobile version of galleries is only displaying the Featured Image and not the actual gallery. It looks ok on the preview when editing on my PC, but not on an actual device.

Switching to a different theme resolves the issue. Any help in fixing the issue would be appreciated.

If I removed the featured image, then the mobile gallery displays okay.

WordPress version : 6.6.2

Hello together,

I am struggling to get the background of my different pages (especially “Kontakt” and ” über uns”) to a more sharp resolution. I have top notch resolution pictures on my computer but everytime I upload them, elementor is downsizing the image. I already tried a lot (e.g. Plugins, different sizes, of course all settings within elementor pro) but nothing really helps.

Can someone please help me?

I just copied the script for functions.php – can I set the size / Do I need to set the size? – How?
I am using this because Aweber autoresponder team said so… to show images in my blog feed
I only want to show a small picture in my email – going out like 250x250px
Is the setting in functions then irrelevant? (Hoping Aweber will set the outgoing picture correct

I am having trouble with loading times and this is impacting my SEO. In this example i used debugbear to check where things were slowing down. It identified the images in the next and last post at the bottom of the post page. My jetpack image optimizer tells me those images are too large – but on the linked posts themselves they are fine. While I am trying my best to go through and reduce each image – it seems peculiar that the link at the bottom bogs everything down. Is there any way to remove the images from the next and last links? Is there are recommended size for these images if not?

(I have no tech skills for coding) Thanks for any help! I don’t want to have to change my theme!
