Images for member logos that haven’t been custom sized get cut off on Search result pages.

Images for the actual member listing look fine.

I’ve followed instructions from here but no change (even clearing cache to be sure):

This not-for-profit used to only add images to listings for some levels of membership. They may soon allow images/logos for all members. But members rarely provide the correct image files (if they provide one at all). And staff has limited time and ability to resize and fiddle with them.
Is there any setting that would constrain the file and show the logo at a max width?
Thanks!
]]>Thanks in advance for your help. I have never been more frustrated.
I am trying to make the boxes on the below page link to the various sections within the website – bookkeeping, compliance etc.
When I try to edit the image to add a link I am unable to get any settings for the image or even advanced settings for the heading.
All I can access is the heading text and content text on the bottom.
How do I edit the background image of these blocks?
Is this something that has changed with the new Elementor update?
Thanks,
Sarah
In Image Settings, I have the usual things; alt text, image size and image dimensions.
I can add Alt text and I can type the image dimensions, or adjust 25-100%.
In Image size I can choose from the dropdown list;
Thumbnail
Medium
Full Size
But whatever I select, nothing happens to the image at all.
Image size takes a while to appear, so is this part of a plug-in? Could there be some sort of conflict?
In addition, I’m noticing that images are slightly offset to the right. If I create a gallery, everything is shifted over and non-centred.
In addition, captions are to the left when they should be centred? There is no differentiation of text style, making it appear as if the captions are part of the normal text.
Again, I wonder if another plug-in is impacting – but I have no custom CSS that I can see.
Thanks in advance.
(I have regenerated all the thumbnails and also use Smush Pro to compress the images)
]]>1) within “Blog Entries”–> “Custom Image Width (px)” and “Custom image height (px)” are both non-responsive therefore we cannot adjust the “Featured Image” aka “Post Thumbnail” size.
2) within “Single Post”–> “Related Posts Image Width (px)” and “Related Posts Image Height (px)”: are both not-responsive
3) within Settings–> Media –> when the thumbnail image sizes are changed (or any of the image default sizes are changed: all are non-responsive
4) within the Media Library–> cropping and image modification options are not functioning. Plus, there is no display to indicate the sizes of our uploads nor is there any area to select thumbnail, medium, or full-size when choosing one of these size options as a featured image/Post thumbnail. How do we size or select a featured image if we cannot see the sizes, crop or modify the images?
Essentially, the image features within OceanWP do not work.Bluehost has analyzed this for us and confirmed it is a problem within the OceanWP theme.
Currently, this website we’re working on has 1 theme (OceanWP) loaded, and only 2 add-ons (yoast SEO and WPLite) loaded via BlueHost. There is almost nothing loaded our the site to weigh it down (5 images, and 4 test blog pages). How can a theme already not be working properly when there’s almost nothing to complicate it’s code? Even Bluehost is baffled by the fact that OceanWP theme is unresponsive with regards to image modification.
Do I need to just scrap the OceanWP theme altogether or is this something that is being fixed. It has been 5 months now and these very basic features are still not working. Lastly, unless I buy a package from OceanWP, customers cannot get customer service help, is this correct?
]]>In one site I have the Social Meta > Image Settings menu. In the other one this menu is missing.
Why? See image here https://ibb.co/m4dbS1Z
Plugin is up to date in both sites
