In the short code helper, I only see [leaflet-image-overlay], but I have no idea of how to add and adjust my image to fit.
]]>Context: My shop uses overlays on product images, especially the featured product image, to communicate product attributes. This works well for our visitors.
Challenge: Google Shopping disapproves products when their g:image_link has overlays. So I need to serve a different image (without overlays).
Is there a way to create a new field in the product in which I can add a link to the “clean” image? And then get your plugin to pick this up and serve it in g:image_link instead of the “main image” attribute?
Best,
Franz
How is this possible?
Would I use CSS or possibly adjust something in Photoshop?
Thanks
]]>I would like the Post Carousel images to have a background overlay by default, and I would also like the image text to be visible by default. Currently the overlay and text is only visible on hover. Could you help me inject some CSS to achieve this?
Upon hover I’d like to simply darken the overlay, but I think I already have the correct CSS for that function. This is what I’m currently using for darkening the hover overlay.
.lae-posts-carousel .lae-posts-carousel-item .lae-project-image:hover img {
-webkit-filter: brightness(100%);
filter: brightness(30%); }
When I click the play button, the image overlay disappears, and I then have to click the youtube play button to get the video to play.
Is the image overlay play button a decoy? Or is there a way to get it to actually play the video?
Thanks
]]>First of all; Im new here, so sorry in advance if i Dont explain things very clear. I tried to do my best.
Im working on the new homepage for my website. Everything fine untill I found out that the overlay hover -thats’s covering the image that’s first shown when opening the homepage- doesn’t work on the mobile version of the website. The dark transparant overlay is not there anymore, while it works perfectly on the desktop version.. this makes it impossible to read the text i’ve put there on the mobile version.
Does anyone know how I can make this overlay work on the mobile version of my website aswell?
Im using the salient child theme.
