I’m using your popup images and I don’t know what’s going on.
I restarted the XAMPP service, deleted the browser and cookie data but the image does not appear.

]]>I ran a image compression on all the images on my site (around 500) https://adventourer.in/. However, post compression, none of the images are shown in the posts. Even the thumbnail images aren’t shown. Strangely, header images still show. Not sure what is the issue here. Appreciate any help to fix this issue.

The issue is not reproducible using the inspect element feature. You will have to check using a cell phone.
On this URL for eg, you can search for a book “Osborn”. The link is fine, but no image is displayed.

]]>We recently update your free version to 2.1.23. Immediately after doing all images on our website are shown broken/not displayed.
Even our automated backup shows that the backup is incomplete as it is unable to backup NexGen app.
We have gone through solutions on this forum and have tried all possible solutions presented here, including deactivating each plugin. However we haven’t yet been able to find a solution.
Is there any solution to this. Is there any method by which we could roll back the update to previous one.

]]>Now that I have solved compatibility issues with the Fidelity theme, I have a new issue, only with Firefox (latest version). Some announcement images are not displayed, instead there is this character string: “Announcement Image“
I have tried all sorts of tests (regenerating thumbnails, changing images, deleting the entire list of announcements, reinstalling the plugin …) and nothing works. Actually the issue seems related to the position of the announcement in the timeline more than which announcement (tested by inverting the display order).
Curiously there is no problem with Chrome, Edge or Safari (iPad). This is a Firefox issue only. Clearing the cache does not help.

I forgot to mention, I have created a child theme and included the filter you have provided to display images in full size. It works very well most of the time.

The issue I’m having is that when I share my home page I get no image in the facebook share window. I am using the jetpack publicize plugin.
The other pages on the site seem to properly display the featured image.
