Plugin Fails to resolve HEIC images

Currently whenever we try to load HEIC images the plugin fails to properly render them, is this a limitation of the plugin? Is there any documentation that I can check to see all the supported images types?

Images in article body are not served from CF images.

For some reason the images I put in the article body are still being served from my origin server, while the featured image is coming from CloudFlare images, even if I use the same image in the as featured image and insert it to the article body from the media library.

Has anyone come across this problem before?

I recently posted this thread, regarding an issue with image loading speeds on my website. It was suggested by @vmarko that I install W3 Total Cache and run the setup guide, which I’ve done.

I’ve also spent the past few days reducing the sizes of all of the images in my blog posts, which everyone I’ve spoken to (including folks here, and my hosting provider) said would help dramatically. Unfortunately, I’m still noticing the same weird image loading behavior, and Google still says the largest contentful paint is 4.3 seconds, or “poor,” which is exactly the same as before reducing the image sizes and installing W3 Total Cache.

I’m not sure how to explain it, but right now the images in my blog posts “unroll” one by one. Instead, I’d like the images to just be present when someone looks at the post. How do I accomplish this?

image loading issue with Apple Mail and others

images in my newsletter are loaded in Gmail webmail, but not in Apple Mail (mac and iPhone). Checked permissions on my host. Checked hotline protection. Checked image paths. Spoke with my hosting provider (Hostgator). I could not find an explanation or a fix. Anyone stumbled into this bug?

Keeping content divided between two servers?

I recently moved my website to a self hosted new address, but still keep the old website for the time being (amonksselflessmagic.wordpress.com). Transferring the blogs I only copied the blog html from within the WordPress app and added it via the WordPress app into new posts on the new website. First I thought that I will move the images later to the new website, but now I only vaguely read something about caching and that it is sometimes advisable to keep content divided on different servers. Most of the images on my new site are still fed from the old WordPress site. Now the new website is stored on a server which does not seem to be all that good, from what I can say, while the old is on a WordPress server. Is it advisable to serve the images (and perhaps also videos) on my new website from the old WordPress site?

Images not loading

Hi,

I have gone onto our site today and none of our images seem to be loading on any of our pages. I have been onto edit the site and they are all loading there and cannot find an error code or a reason why they are not loading.

It does say our cookie compliance limit has been reached is this related?

Please help.

I just created a new gallery on my website – the first one on this page; ‘Socotra-Yemen’ – https://www.placesandseasons.com/gallery/places/. When I look at the gallery on my live website, it only loads the first page of photos; when I try to click to the second page I get the above error message, saying “This site can’t be reachedCheck if there is a typo in socotra-yemen.
DNS_PROBE_FINISHED_NXDOMAIN “. But how can there be a typo – it’s just the second page of a gallery that has already loaded…?
I’m using NextGen gallery, by the way.

MailPoet/iOS 15 Mail Image Download Issue

There are other tickets which discuss this and none have resolved it. I am suggesting some things not pointed out in previous tickets:
1. Images are not downloading in emails (only occurring on iPhone Mail app).
2. It is not due to the privacy settings on my phone (all are turned off)
3. Using the MailPoet email testing process, I get 9.9/10 (no issues of note).
4. My website used MailPoet sending service (not sent from my Bluehost mail).
5. A recent email from MailPoet themselves about price increase has no issues in image download on my phone in iPhone Mail app.
6. The default MailPoet newsletter (including default logo) causes the same issue.
7. Replacing the image with an image from a different/non-bluehost website causes the same issue.

So it would seem iPhone is not blocking images due to BlueHost blacklist, or sending service (unless MailPoet does not use their own sending service for their communication with customers).

Is MailPoet using their own sending service, or is there something special about the template they are using that iPhone mail does not take this action on?

Product images blurred at first view than clear

Hello,
I’ve already read in many forums but couldn’t find a suitable answer.

My problem:
If you look at the product images on my website, they are blurred. As soon as you have opened the images one time completely and updated the page, they are sharp.

I think the problem is that the pictures are not loaded completely but only when you open the picture.

Can you adjust that somewhere or does someone have another idea?
