I’ve set up an image gallery using the free version of Royal Addons Image Gallery widget. I’m having a problem with the gallery filter.?I’ve tried using both Categories and Tags as taxonomies for the filter. There should be 7 filter tabs in the filter, but only 4 are displayed on the page. I’ve tried re-applying different Categories and Tags to images in the Media Library, but I can’t get more than 4 filter tabs to show, and only certain Tags or Categories show up. Is there a limit to the number of filter tabs in the free version? Or what can I do to fix this? (My site isn’t live yet.)

I have a collection of images that I want to place in IMAGE GRID
But I encounter a situation where the definition of the size of the image in the editing mode looks perfect until when I go to the live site the images get their original size and change the entire design
In addition I want to use a button that will add additional images and they are also added the original size
I tried to use CSS code but that doesn’t work either

Hello, I am using the image grid and want to link the title to a page URL instead of opening the Lightbox popup. There are options to deep link and set linkable filters, but when selected they do nothing.

Also the lightbox shows no controls at all even though everything is enabled in the options. Looks like some kind of bug here.

Any help?

I’m currently putting together a page with a bunch of logos listed in grids:

I’m using HT Mega Add Ons Image Grid to do this. However, when you hover over an image it makes the images/logos expand and I don’t want them to do this. I just want the images to stay the same size but still be clickable to take you to another page.

I’m having a hard time finding anything in the Image Grid widget or the specific CSS coding that will stop this from happening.

I have the entrance animation settings set at “None” in the Advanced>Motion Effects>Entrance Animation section but it looks like the entrance animations effects are different than the hover effects.

Does anyone have any idea how I can make the images stay the same size on hover (but also still be clickable to take you to another page.)?

Possible to have thumbnails on Image Grid, but Fullscreen in Lightbox?

When using an image grid, at layout I can change the image size. So I thought to make the site load faster, I choose 300px as size.

But when I then click on the pictures, to open them in the lightbox, the pictures still show in 300px. Is it not possible to make the pictures show in full quality when clicking on them, whilst showing them in a smaller thumbnail size while the grid is shown?

Image grid pages always loads the same pictures again

On the page that I linked above, I have an image grid with about 50 pictures. I have pagination activated and set Items per page to 20, so it should show 20 pictures, then I click on load more and the next 20 are added until all are shown.

But what happens is, that when you click the load more button the same 20 pictures, that were already there, are shown again, if i click it again it adds the same 20 again. Really hope someone can help me!

Hi, I’d like to know why Masonry Image Grid element is now marked as deprecated in favour of CSS Image Grid element, because obviously I’m not able to achieve the same “masonry” layout with the new element: is there a way to obtain the same functionallity as with the old element?

Use first post image when featured image is missin

I’m trying to replace some older WP themes where I have made customizations with php + css and I’m getting used to really like full site editing.

Many things are solved without me putting in any code but one thing remain.

In a grid I’m trying to get it to use the first image from the post when a featured image is missing. I know there are plugins that allow me to take the first image and put it as featured image but I would really like not to do that. It’t thousands of posts and Im not keen in doing any auto-magics-stuff on that many posts.

And also if there are none I would like to have a colored block or something for the symetry.

I heave no idea even where to start. Any tips?
