Custom sitemap image count is zero but image url in sitemap?

I created a custom sitemap for my frontend vendors (EDD Frontend Submissions) as they use a custom implementation for their vendors rather than the standard WP user. The sitemap works fine and has for years.

Today, I decided to modify my function to include the user avatar as a sitemap image. I can see the image URL when I download the sitemap but the image count remains as zero. Some of my avatars are hosted locally, and some are called from Gravatar

I have enabled/disabled the sitemap, cleared my PC and site’s cache and excluded the sitemap from my caching plugin but nothing has changed.

I have a feeling that this has something to do with the sitemap image parser and I am wondering if there is some filter I should be using before returning the URL to the sitemap.

Number of Images: Set to 3 and federates only 2.
Number of Images: Set to 4 and federates only 3.
Number of Images: Set to 5 and federates only 4.

Only able to upload maximum of 877 images to a gallery

I am trying to upload 962 images to a specific gallery.
I have the “Maximum Image Count” under miscellaneous set to 2000.
I have other galleries with hundreds of other images in them.
No matter how I upload the 962 images to this specific gallery, the gallery only shows/accepts 877 images. All the images are 4096×4096, and range from 89K to 3.5MB.
No matter how I upload, if I use the folder option or the upload image option, in the end, the maximum count of images in this specific gallery is always 877 and never the correct upload of 962.

I don’t know what I am doing wrong here. Does the Maximum Image Count refer to the total number of images that can be uploaded to nextgen, total? Is there something else that could be going on here. Again, as I mention in #5, it doesn’t matter if I select and upload them by the 100s using the upload image option, or if I upload by the folder option, I can’t get nextgen to recognize/upload all the images, both ways it only shows the maximum image count in the gallery as 877 (that exact figure regardless of which option I use).

Please, any advice?

erratic counting of images in folders

I installed Firebird Lite for a library of 156 images. When I create folders and drag-and-drop files from the library into the folder, the uncategorized folder counts down and the folders in which I drop the images count them correctly.

Say there are 3 images in a folder. As soon as I click on a folder, the figure 3 disappears, and the count in the uncategorized folder goes up by 3. Clicking backwards and forwards shows the images still in the correct folder, but the number is gone.

When I click the uncategorized folder the 3 images are no longer there, so they are in the folders where they should be. Only I cannot see how many there are in each folder, and the image count in uncategorized is off.

Similarly, when I click for instance on an image in the library to view it, and go back to the library, all the numbers for all the folders have disappeared, except for ‘all’ and ‘uncategorized’, which are then 156 and 155.

I use no caching at the moment, refreshed several times, cleared the browser cache, completely deleted and re-installed the plugin, de-activated Shortpixel…

Any other suggestions?

Gallery image count per page instead of for the whole gallery

When theres more than one page of images and an image is selected on a page, the number count only shows the image number of the selected image and the total number of images on that page. For example if the gallery has 40 images and there are 2 pages of images with 20 images per page, then image 2 is selected on page 1. The image count under that image says ‘2 of 20’. 2 representing the image number on that page and 20 representing the number of images on that page. Is there a way of making the image count say ‘2 of 40’, where 2 is the number of the image selected and 40 representing the total images in the gallery?

Only six images shown when using shortcode on Page

Thank you for your effects for developing a beautiful plugin for gallery. i really like the plugin. i have a query regarding the show count of images. i mean, i have using this plugin in home page as well as gallery pages of my website. but i have looking to show some images on the home page and complete images on the gallery page. its any option available to limit the number of images showing or something like this. please let me know your suggestions.
