When we make image align we’ll like to align text next to this image.
In old editor that function was working for
and
,
etc.
So text align to image could be formatted in any fashion.
In classic editor with image align when I convert one of the aligned text lines to
, this line breaks text aligning and this
is landed under the image.
This is very confusing, I’d reaaly like to give oportunity for my customer to choose formatting of text aligned to image using styles from headers.
For now only way to format aligned text is to put spans in html mode and that is too advanced and uncomfortable for typical editors like site owners.
Nice addon plugin for post grid purposes. I was trying to align the image on left but couldn’t figure out how. I would appreciate it if it is possible to achieve.

So, to resolve, I am trying to “center” the image defined by .wp-image-1192 on mobile views only (and can obviously assign a second class to it for this purpose). I tried what I know, and I think the WP caption is interfering with the code’s ability to render, however I don’t want to delete the caption, either. (I have my @media tag defined, just need the individual code for this issue.)
However, I seem to having a problem with a very basic feature – getting the image to align left and text to sit right.
I followed everything on page:
https://displayposts.com/2019/01/04/image-alignment/
…having first selected an image size pre-defined by my theme (Avada theme, ‘recent-works-thumbnail’ 66px) to prevent unnecessary thumbnail recreation.
Image size is fine, content is fine, but instead of aligning like your example, the title is displayed underneath the image, not to the right of it.
I’d be very grateful for a pointer, please!

i try to align an image left, in a one-column layout.
I even tried to export the template, alter the json file (textAlign: left) and reimport it. But it didn’t work.
Do you have any suggestions?
Thank you.
